I placed on order back on the **th of September and was notified via emailed that it was shipped on the **th. However USPS keeps saying they haven't received the shipment yet. I want to know the status of my order. The order number is AMAZXRI**R and the item number is AM********. I have sent * emails besides this one and have not received any response. I did * yesterday this same way and was suppose to had an email from someone named Matt but nobody emailed me about anything. I am getting frustrated with this process and not getting any answers. I want an update on the status of my order and for my order to ship so I can fix my vehicle.
