I ordered a replacement chrome grille assembly for my **** Ford F***. The box was fine but the item is cracked broken and improperly packed for shipment. I contacted AM-Autoparts.com, by email, immediately. * days now and the issue has not been resolved. When my order was confirmed as being shipped, I took my truck apart so it would be ready when the item arrived. Now, my truck is tied up and I cannot use the damaged new part. I should've known better than to order something from a company that doesn't list their phone number.
GetHuman-gmi did not yet indicate what Am-Autoparts.com should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-gmi fixed the problem
I kept bugging the supplier until the situation was resolved. Item was boxed, for shipment, without any packing materials. Replacement was packed properly and it arrived in prefect condition.
