I purchased an IQOS device (IQOS*DUO) at the dutyfree in Japan airport. Once I got home to the US, the item was broken inside, i called IQOS USA, they would not help and told me to call phillip morris in Switzerland. I did, they didnt speak English and hung up on me. I purchased this in December **** and I have also contacted IQOS Japan and they didnt speak English either!!**How do submit for warranty repairs? I paid *** USD and have not used it once.
