I emailed Mr. David Hussey ten days ago regarding what happened while we stayed at Aloft, airport, Denver, CO. We never heard from him. Below is a copy of the email we sent him:*Dear Mr. Hussey:*My husband and I stayed at Aloft airport, Denver from ***** to ***. We must say that we like your room design and equipment, particularly the bed, which is very comfortable, and, the free wi-fi. Staffs working at front desk have been very helpful and professional, too. *However, there is one small thing which somehow affected our otherwise very satisfactory experience.*My husband had brought two special shaving towels with him. After the very first morning he used them, they were taken away by the housekeeper by mistake. We talked to the front desk a number of times and they tried to help locating them, but they couldn’t find them. These towels are of an unique shape- they are about * inches wide and two feet long. Though they are also white, the shape is so different from any towels hotel offers to their guests.*We were sort of disappointed, particularly my husband because he could not use his favorite stuff to help with his shaving for the next a few days. *I would like to bring this small thing to your attention, hoping the housekeepers be more careful when they remove towels from bathrooms. Second, we also hope that maybe by any chance, because of their unique shape, our lost towels will show up eventually. If that happens, we will be gladly to have them sent back to us.*Thanks in advance and Happy New Year!*Lianne Roberge
