So, on *-**-**, I mailed (via USPS) an IRA transfer request and an application to participate. I called on *-**-** to try to find out if the items were received. I was told to call back on *-**-**. I don't want to wait the *-** days just to find out if these items were received and I'm having a bad feeling about the lack of a definitive answer. In any event, please cancel my account, my IRA transfer request and my application to participate and time required to complete these cancellations. I hope this can be completed ASAP as the IRA CD matured on *-**-**. This is my first experience with an online bank. In the future I will be sure to allow an approximately two month lead time.*Thank you,*John Barthelemy

I spoke with Sandra in the IRA dept. at Ally this AM and she informed me that the transfer request was sent to my bank on the **th.
