For two weeks in a row, my paycheck has been under review, leaving most of my funds inaccessible for several days. Understanding if it happened once, but having it occur two weeks consecutively seems a bit unreasonable. Due to reduced working hours from the coronavirus and my girlfriend losing her job, we're struggling to pay our bills and now find ourselves unable to use the only income we have for about five days. Waiting that long is difficult for us, especially since last week's delay left us with only dry spaghetti for dinner. I am hoping for a more timely access to my funds, especially since the paychecks have been consistently coming from the same source for the past three months.

Calling Alliant Credit Union only leads to a frustrating cycle of ads forcing you to press # repeatedly. After enduring ten ads, when specifying the company as Alliant Credit Union, they couldn't locate it and provided me with another number, [redacted], which led to the same nonsensical ads. The IVR system lacks a direct prompt to reach a representative, making it extremely convoluted. It seems like speaking to a member of Alliant Credit Union is an impossible feat with this poorly designed IVR system.

I am attempting to have my husband added as a joint owner to my checking account. He is already a joint owner of my savings account, but we encountered an issue during the verification process. Alliant's system has an incorrect date of birth listed as 01-01-[redacted] for him, which is causing a problem. We have tried different avenues, including a docusign form, but have not had success. The secure messaging response was not helpful either. Although Alliant's customer service representatives are friendly, the incompetence and delays in resolving this matter are frustrating. I believe there are other organizational issues contributing to this problem.
