Deceased account payments by cheque, after death, by one of two executors who had power of Attorney, without knowledge of other executor. This executor was not informed he was joint executor until much later, after all affairs settled. Can I find out who these cheques went too and who cashed them. Only two cheques, each for £**** are involved.

I chased and chased you to find out why my basic forms had not arrived, to be told you tqke ** days to send out things and then only use *nd. class!!!! My telephone calls were simply left dangling, with messages you were too busy and phone after the Stock Market closed - this did not work either. Post has just arrived over two weeks late!!!! Dated **th. April!!!!! No business deserves to survive when it treats customers like this.*I need to get Estate concluded before I take things further, hence annoyance over Santander inefficiency delaying progress.
