Hello, I'm Susan S. My husband, David S., and I have tickets booked for tomorrow, December 12, from Pittsburgh to Punta Gorda. I recently learned I need an MRI, and the earliest appointment available is on Monday, December 13. If I provide a doctor's note, could these tickets be rescheduled at no extra charge? We aim to reschedule promptly after receiving my MRI results.

I need to report an issue with my recent flight on Airline G4. On the flight on 12/12/[redacted] from SHV to LAS with the booking code BJZX2W, I contacted customer service to request assistance for my mom who has a disability. Unfortunately, after waiting for over 90 minutes, I encountered a very rude customer service agent. I explained that my mom needs a wheelchair due to her knee problems and limited mobility, and requested to move her seat closer to the front of the plane. The agent initially insisted that she would be escorted to her original seat at the back, despite me explaining the need for closer accommodation. When I mentioned that we hadn't paid for a specific seat but required special assistance due to a disability, the agent accused me of not letting her speak and ultimately hung up on me, refusing to help my disabled mother. This treatment is completely unacceptable, as it disregards our rights to disability accommodations. I am considering taking legal action due to this discrimination.

My Allegiant flight got canceled, and I was informed via text that I would receive a $[redacted].00 credit with a virtual credit card. However, I have not received any confirmation or details on how to access it. I contacted Allegiant a month ago, and they mentioned that Paynuver would reach out to me in 2 to 3 weeks, but I have not heard from them yet. Currently, I have been on hold with Allegiant for about an hour and a half, with an expected hold time of 2 hours.

Hello, I have a booking for a trip to Florida on January 3rd under the name Cailey Krisik with confirmation number BHLL2J. Unfortunately, I am unable to proceed with the trip due to concerns related to the new Omicron variant and the increasing number of coronavirus cases. My wife and I had to cancel our flights as our cruises were canceled due to the pandemic. The last flight booking number I have is 9FK9TY. I was informed I would receive credit vouchers, but they do not appear on my Allegiant account. We are waiting to fly until mask and vaccine mandates are lifted. If the vouchers do not have an expiration date, we will use them; otherwise, we would prefer a refund. I have tried calling for months but waiting for 3-4 hours is not feasible. I understand that refunds are now offered for canceled flights, but that option was not originally given to us. I hope to have this matter resolved promptly. Thank you.

Our baggage was left in Indianapolis along with everyone else's on flight [redacted] to Los Angeles. Our flight from EYW to PIE was canceled on December 25, [redacted]. On December 23, I received a text message stating I would get a $[redacted] refund. However, when I clicked the link, it said the offer had expired on the same day. The app only gave me the option to keep or cancel my reservation, which was confusing since the flight was already canceled. I was refunded only a portion of what I paid for 2 tickets with carry-on luggage. I am requesting the $[redacted] refund that was promised as the unexpected expenses of getting home to St. Petersburg totaled $[redacted] in car rental and disrupted our Christmas plans with family. I recently purchased a ticket that included a rental car from Enterprise in October. The price I paid was high, but I went ahead with it as it was the cheapest available at the time. Upon arriving at the airport, I discovered I could rent the same car without a reservation for less than half of what I had paid. I tried calling to cancel and re-rent, but was unable to reach anyone at that time. Now, I am following up to see if I can get a refund for the excessive amount I paid for the rental car. Enterprise has expressed willingness to assist, but I need to get approval from Allegiance. I am hoping to resolve this issue promptly.

Our flight from Orlando, FL to Grand Rapids, MI on 12/26 was canceled on 12/23/21. We received 4 vouchers for $[redacted] each, which were supposed to be deposited into our bank within 2 days, but we haven't seen any pending transactions yet. Please help! Yesterday, my son accidentally threw my brother's wallet into the fire pit, destroying all his IDs except for his health insurance card. We are scheduled to fly with your airline on Friday, December 31st, [redacted]. We are unable to get replacements for the social security cards or birth certificates before our trip. We have the health insurance card and several pieces of mail from the KY Social Security Administration. Is there any way he can still accompany us on the trip? Our booking number is BKHNYT. I am extremely frustrated and insist on an immediate refund. It is unacceptable that customers cannot contact your airline via phone, email, or chat. I plan to escalate this issue by contacting my congressional and senate representatives, advocating for a reduction in your corporate benefits. Reservation Code: BK676D Passenger: Jason B. I bought a ticket with Allegiant from Asheville to Orlando/Sanford for $[redacted]. When I couldn't find baggage information, I checked the Allegiant app on my phone and saw the same flight for $[redacted], with baggage purchase mentioned. I wonder if my booking for flight [redacted] on 12/30 includes baggage. Why is the price double? Can I cancel one and switch to the other to ensure I'm paying for baggage beforehand, before going to the airport?

Hello Allegiant, I am trying to attend a family wedding, and unfortunately, my flight got canceled from Traverse City, MI to Punta Gorda, FL. My mother informed me of available flights from Grand Rapids, MI with only half the seats occupied. I accidentally left my CPAP machine on flight [redacted] from SBN to SRQ on December 27. Despite filing a claim online, I have not received any updates and am unable to reach anyone via phone. This is concerning as not having my machine impacts my breathing. I was seated in 1A during the flight. The confirmation number for my claim is B9BTBD. I have also reached out to the lost and found at Sarasota Airport. Any assistance in locating my CPAP machine would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

In March [redacted], I had booked a round-trip flight with Allegiant for July 8, [redacted]. When I arrived to board flight #[redacted], it was canceled. The airport staff said the next available flight like mine would not be until Sunday, which was after the wedding I was attending on Saturday. I had to book a more expensive flight with another airline due to the tight timeline. They assured me of an automatic refund if I booked with a different airline. Despite sending two emails to Allegiant's customer service, I have not received any response or refund. I am still waiting for the refund. Thank you, S. E.

Upon checking in for my flight today, I was surprised to find out that it had been cancelled. I did not receive any prior notice regarding the cancellation, and I have not seen any refund credited to my credit card. I kindly request a full refund for my itinerary #BCYDML under the name of S. Johnson. I have attempted to contact your customer service by phone, but have been unsuccessful as the line is busy with no one answering. Online chat support was also unhelpful as it stated that there were no available agents. Please acknowledge the receipt of my refund request and confirm that a [redacted]% refund will be processed for the cancelled ticket.

My flight scheduled for 12/30 was canceled. I chose the refund option and was informed of a $[redacted].00 refund for my roundtrip ticket from Las Vegas to El Paso on 12/30 and El Paso to Las Vegas on 1/02. I received a text regarding a Paynuver refund of $[redacted].00. Can the airline issue the refund directly instead of using a third-party service? I am hesitant to provide my bank details through a text message link. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you.
