My husband and I had a flight scheduled for April [redacted] to visit our grandson in the military in Arizona. Due to the pandemic, we had to cancel and were given a one-year window to use our tickets. However, health issues have arisen since then making future travel uncertain. My husband has congestive heart failure, diabetes, and leukemia, with low immunity. I am scheduled for surgery in late January or February [redacted]. Additionally, our grandson may be deployed, a decision that will be made between January and February. I am wondering if there is a possibility of getting a refund for our tickets. Thank you.

Due to the pandemic, my trip had to be canceled. I had TripFlex, but when I requested a refund, I was given a voucher instead. I initially accepted it, hoping to use it later. However, with ongoing pandemic challenges and financial constraints, I am unable to use the voucher anytime soon. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund for my trip, considering my TripFlex purchase.

I accidentally left my handbag at the security checkpoint, and it should still be in the bin. It is a black Victoria's Secret bag with white VS logos all over it. I misplaced it at Gerald R Ford Airport in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I can retrieve it at Punta Gorda Airport. Inside the bag, there is a tablet, phone chargers, and a plug. You can reach me at [redacted]. Please contact me at your earliest convenience.

Tomorrow, my sister and brother-in-law are traveling from Phoenix/Mesa Gateway to Rapid City, SD. My brother-in-law wears a battery-operated vest for warmth; could you advise on going through security with it? Additionally, my sister requires wheelchair assistance from the ticket counter to the plane. I already requested this service but would like confirmation that it will be ready at the ticket counter. Thank you.

I made a reservation and spoke with Jack. I informed him about my 10-pound emotional support dog, providing him with an ESA letter from my medical doctor and all necessary records. Jack assured me it was sufficient. However, upon reaching the airport, I discovered he had given me incorrect information. I ended up paying $[redacted] to fly my dog, only to be told he must remain in a carrier throughout the flight. While waiting to board, I observed others bringing larger dogs onboard without carriers. This experience left me feeling upset, especially since my dog was distressed for two days. I believe I was misled and doubt I will choose Allegiant again. I have spent two days on the phone seeking an explanation for this unfair treatment compared to others who boarded without issue. - Brenda S. [redacted]

On December 26th, I flew from Sanford, FL to Huntington, West Virginia. When I made my reservations, I clearly stated that I had an emotional support dog. Jack, the representative I spoke with, assured me that all I needed was a letter from a medical doctor, proof of shots, and a letter stating he was an ESA animal. However, when I arrived at the airport, I was informed that these were the wrong documents. I had to put my 10-pound dog in a carrier and couldn't take him out during the flight. I observed three people carrying their dogs without carriers and even saw a man with a hundred-pound labradoodle on board without a carrier. I tried to address this inconsistency, but unfortunately, my dog whined throughout the entire flight. I have a return flight to Florida booked with Allegiant, but if I don't receive a satisfactory explanation, I may consider renting a car for the trip back.

I recently flew with Allegiant Airlines from CVG to Ft. Lauderdale. Our confirmation number for flights [redacted] and [redacted] is 9WVKXW. We paid $[redacted].00 for two checked bags for both of us. At the airport, an employee noticed my husband is a Navy veteran and informed us veterans get free bags. We weren't aware of this benefit despite being repeat Allegiant customers. I'm inquiring if we are eligible for a refund for the bags we paid for on our recent trip. Regarding a prior issue, a flight I booked last May was canceled, and I received a voucher expiring on May 18. I discovered it should be valid for two years, not one. Can I receive a new voucher with an extended expiration date until May [redacted]? Original voucher details: - $25.00, Voucher #: DO9BABA86620CF14D7 - $50.00, Voucher #: DOB8C8A277037BE96A Thank you for your assistance.

Good afternoon, We are seeking a refund for our travel voucher as both my husband and I have compromised immune systems, and traveling in the foreseeable future is not an option. The voucher was obtained for a wedding in Cincinnati that was canceled due to the pandemic. Due to our health concerns, anxieties related to airports, and our current financial situation, receiving a refund would be more suitable. Before COVID-19, we used to travel to visit our daughter in Oregon, and Allegiant Air does not offer flights from our local airports to that destination. Since our choices are limited and we are now unable to fly to our intended locations, a refund is the best solution for us. Your understanding during this challenging time is greatly appreciated.

I purchased an airline ticket from Allegiant Air and received the itinerary, but the confirmation had an error, preventing me from printing the ticket. After attempting to contact them on multiple phone numbers without success due to long wait times, one representative informed me I couldn't board with just the itinerary. After emailing them and not receiving a response, I am disappointed that I paid for the ticket but never got it. Tomorrow, I plan to contact the FAA to file a complaint and dispute the charge. Allegiant Air mentioned a voucher for cancellations, but I insist on a refund since I didn't receive the product. I am considering seeking legal advice. - Ronald A. from Albuquerque

I am a veteran, Orville Christensen, who recently flew with Allegiant. I paid $58.00 for seats for my wife and me, but as a member of the Allegiant Honors program, I should have received them for free. I provided my [redacted] form and now seek a refund to my credit card. The long wait times on the phone at [redacted] have been frustrating. Is there a simpler process to obtain my refund for the flight from Appleton to Las Vegas on March 14 to 18, [redacted]? I appreciate the support for veterans but would be grateful for a more efficient way to resolve this issue. Thank you for your assistance. Orville Christensen

I booked a flight from Tucson, AZ to Great Falls, MT for April 22, but the flight got canceled. I purchased the ticket on April 12 from someone named Max, reachable at [redacted], but that number is not working. On my credit card statement, the charge details are: purchase 4-12-Agent fee [redacted][redacted] Simple Airfar Co $89.00. Although Max assured me the ticket is valid for a year at the same price, I'm encountering difficulties without a confirmation number. I've tried reaching out with my credit card information, but keep getting redirected to unhelpful numbers. Resolving this issue promptly would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am concerned about the situation regarding my son's missed flight and rebooking attempts. I initially paid for the tickets. He missed the flight and encountered issues with his account when trying to rebook, resulting in me booking and paying for another flight with the code B2MZHF. However, at check-in, he was informed of two reservations. The agent opted to use the more expensive reservation that my son paid for, despite my previous booking and payment. I am seeking a refund for the unused ticket, as the paid reservation should have been utilized, especially since the other transaction had technical difficulties.

Subject: Urgent Flight Cancellation Request Hello, I am reaching out again regarding the sudden cancellation of my flight on Sunday, April 11. Allegiant Air canceled flight number [redacted] from Newark to Knoxville, Tennessee without sufficient notice. This cancellation caused significant inconvenience as I had a crucial medical appointment the following day. As a result, I incurred substantial expenses to secure an alternative flight on short notice. My confirmation number is 9ZMZMZ, and I made the booking under the name Judith Jennings. In light of the circumstances, I had to purchase a return ticket and will not be able to use my original one-way ticket from Knoxville to Newark scheduled for April 22 at 9:15 AM. I kindly request that Allegiant Airways cancel this return flight as well and reimburse the associated costs. I have attempted to contact your team previously without success. I urge you to respond promptly to address this matter efficiently. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, J.J. Email: [redacted]

My son recently traveled to Ft. Lauderdale on your airline. I pre-paid for his approved carry-on. Upon arrival, he was told he did not have a pre-paid carry-on and had to pay an extra $50. This totaled $90 for his carry-on. I am upset because I already paid for it when booking the ticket. I am willing to pay an extra $10, but not $90. I prefer to resolve this through you instead of disputing it with my credit card company. If I had not pre-paid, I would understand the $50 charge at the airport, but the situation should have been settled. I have another flight with you this summer and hope to have this matter sorted out. My confirmation number is 9YSWZC. - Charles K. Thank you.

Our journey from Tampa to Fargo on April 11th was abruptly halted due to adverse weather conditions. Despite the cancellation, Allegiant was unable to offer us an alternative flight as this was the last Allegiant service departing from Tampa until October. Regrettably, they were also unable to assist us with securing other flight options, compelling us to rent a car for the journey instead. To date, there has been no communication regarding a refund for the disrupted flight, and we are eager for a resolution. The confirmation code for the booking is 9WBJJY, and we are formally requesting a reimbursement to the original credit card utilized for the ticket purchase. It is disappointing that Allegiant did not provide better accommodations considering the circumstances. It appears there were missed opportunities to adjust schedules, leaving passengers like us stranded in the process.

My name is Terrence Keller. I made a flight reservation (confirmation # B44HQS) for myself and Brenda Brown from Rapid City, SD to Las Vegas, NV. The departure is scheduled for May 20, [redacted], with a return on May 23, [redacted]. I mistakenly checked one bag but we will only have one carry-on and a small bag each. Can I receive a refund for not checking the additional bag to Las Vegas? Additionally, my travel companion is Glenda Brown. I mistakenly booked the name as Glenda Brown, but her driver's license shows Glenda Rae Brown. Can this be corrected to match her identification? Thank you, Terry

I've been waiting on hold with customer service for 40 minutes, so I hope this is quicker. My wife had a return flight from Mesa to Springfield, MO, but due to health reasons, she couldn't use it. I called to cancel her reservation and used the credit to book a ticket for myself to drive her back. They agreed to waive the checked bag fee because I'm a Vietnam vet, which was a pleasant surprise. My confirmation number is [redacted] for flight [redacted] on May 13, [redacted]. I printed my boarding pass the night before, and when I mentioned I had a checked bag, I was told there would be a $38.00 fee. The Allegiant ticket agent said the fee would be refunded, but it hasn't shown up in my account after six days. I need help resolving this issue.

During our recent trip from Grand Junction to John Wayne Airport, my spouse and I encountered a concerning situation. Upon check-in, we were erroneously informed that a bottle of wine in our carry-on was not allowed. Despite checking in early, an employee, around 55-60 years old, approximately 5'3", with greyish-white hair and no visible name tag, continuously insisted that we were late. Even when we showed proof of our early check-in, she disregarded it. This led to significant delays and ultimately missing our flight. We had to book an alternate American Airlines flight to Denver, incurring an extra $[redacted] in expenses. Additionally, we had to arrange accommodation and transportation back to Grand Junction. We intend to file a formal complaint and seek compensation for the unnecessary costs caused by the intentional and unjustifiable delays by your employee. We urge timely resolution and request the name of the said employee. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

My daughter became ill on the morning of our flight to JAX on May 13, [redacted]. I contacted customer service around 10:45 am to inform them that she wouldn't be able to make the flight. I was advised to inform the Allegiant ticket agent at Mid America Airport upon my arrival. The agent at the airport suggested I call [redacted] to inquire about a refund for her ticket. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, I was continually placed on hold. Seeking assistance here for a resolution, I am hoping to receive a voucher for her trip to JAX. Fortunately, she recovered the next day and managed to secure a flight with Southwest to JAX, using the Allegiant return flight on May 16, [redacted]. The flight details are as follows: BLV to JAX on May 13, [redacted], Flight #1501JAX, Confirmation# 9ZT4Z9. The fare for this flight was $85. Thank you for your help. Lucy J.

My baby was admitted to the ER last night in need of immediate medical attention. With our pediatrician based in NY, we must get back there quickly. Despite the initial plan to send her to a pediatric surgery center, we are aiming to return home to start her treatment promptly. She is currently stable but needs more medical care soon. Our booked flight for June 26th is too far off for her condition. I urgently need to adjust my flight to this Friday or Monday of next week. We have ER paperwork as proof, confirming this is not related to COVID. Despite not having Trip Flex, I was told those benefits applied until May for bookings made before then. I seek assistance in changing my flight without additional fees to ensure my daughter reaches her doctor without delay.
