My husband and I had a flight scheduled in April, **** to go to visit our grandson in the military in Arizona. When the pandemic hit, we had to stay home. We were told we had a year to use our tickets. Health issues have occurred since then, and travel may not be possible. My husband has congestive heart failure, diabetes and leukemia, His immunity is very low. I am facing surgery in late January or February of ****. Plus, our grandson may be deployed. He will find out between January and February. My question is: is it possible to get a refund for our tickets. Thank you.
