I emailed this before I am a disabled veteran booking my reservation I knew about the Honors Program regarding baggage. The representative said that he would take off the baggage since I have flown before on Allegiant. At the airport we were told that we had paid for baggage and were given a number to call for Reimbursement ***-***-****. After waiting on telephone call thought would be better to chat. Our ticket number *TP*PN for $***.** baggage fee was not taken off. We would appreciate a credit voucher since we paid by Uplift and we have paid the full amount after returning from our vacation of $****.**.*This is the second email to Allegiant.**George and Dawn Yamada**
