Landed back home Saturday night, checked luggage never came out on turnstile. Have spent last * days looking for someone to speak with to resolve but haven't gotten any real response other than an email saying they've received the inquiry. No one at the airport can help, no one from corporate can help (apparently all they can do is book tickets) and I keep getting told the baggage department is unavailable. This was a short, direct flight and the bags were checked in advance with plenty of time until the flight. I need to speak to someone, like at least one person... ASAP. Anyone.
Finding bags and returning them to me or at the very least let me speak with someone, anyone. I have no updates or knowledge of if I'll ever get them back...
