I am trying to submit a medical confirmation as to why we had to cancel reservation **G*ZD. **I spoke with Customer relations on June ** to cancel the reservation because of the medical emergency for our son, Mathias G Russ. Matthias and MaryLou Russ are his parents and caregivers during this medical situation. Mathias is not able to travel at this time so we had to cancel the reservation. We hope to reschedule the trip later when he is able to travel.**How can I submit the medical evidence of the emergency situation? I was on hold over ** minutes just now and then disconnected at your end. Live chat was a wait of ** minutes and I missed it when they connected which was after more than ** minutes of hold and I was involved with another phone call.**I received an email saying send it to *****@***.com That connection gives me no way to submit anything other than just automatic cancelling. The email from The Allegiant Customer Service Team also states 'We will be in touch soon" will this take care of the medical reason for cancellation? Is there nothing I need to do to get a refund or voucher for this reservation?????**MaryLou Russ, ***-***-****
