Golf bag carrier damaged * of * metal closures. It appears that damage was done by your personnel at St. Cloud, Mn airport. I noticed this when I received at arrival Punta Gorda, FL. airport. I notified clerk there and she took a photo of damage. Upon my return home I tried calling you several times but had over one hour wait. Would like carrier replaced since carrier part where metal clamps are attached is broken or torn away and leaves nothing to attach to. Carrier was purchased about one year ago for about ***.** to ***.**. I no longer have receipt. I also would like to request forms or instructions on how to apply for veteran eligible refunds on baggage fees etc. that we paid when purchased tickets. Thank you. Bill Hollenkamp
