Flight *** going from Toledo express to St Petersburg. Wife had her seat reassigned due to " * very large people taking up three seats. We paid extra for the extra legroom and window seat. Agent put a note in notepad. This is totally unacceptable. My wife is disabled and needs the extra legroom to stretch out her legs and they moved her instead of one of the extra large flyers. We demand a refund on her flight to St Petersburg and an assurance she will be boarded first and have her assigned seat on her return flight on December **th along with an apology for inconveniencing her as a ADA flyer.
GetHuman-rstillio did not yet indicate what Allegiant should do to make this right.
