This was NIT resolved after waiting on the phone for over ** Minutes twice and then waiting for the robot call back then one last email request - I still DID NOT talk to anyone or get my question answered. I gave up and this will be my last Alligiant flight. Rather then*Pay Alligiant anymore money I mailed my clothes!
