How are you doing? This has reference with my itinerary * *RY*CQ with passengers name Vicente Montes n Lark Montes. *One thing foremost we are surprised about d resort fee they charged us $***. We are not prepared for this.**Honestly, we didn't enjoy our vacation considering that we are required to pay said fee n we end up of limited budget to spend.**This is really ridiculous we are not aware of this hidden charges thus we are asking for the full refund of our resort fee.**The reason why we book in this hotel is bcoz the price is low but we end up paying more. **I brought my son with me who have mental issues and I was thinking he will enjoy the trip but it turn out to be different. *We are restricted on the food we are eating, places we wanna go to have fun and tours we wanna see. It all void down of just waking along d strip * days n just staying d hotel with no money much to spend. **Like wise, we dont enjoyed our stay at circus circus. We made a complaint with them about a problem with the aircon. For * nights we were not able to sleep bcoz of the loud creaking sounds of the aircon. We also left the hotel without taking showers bcoz they cut off water supply due to water leaks in other unit. They gave us * days refund but they deducted it from resort fees. **Honestly our vacation got ruined and I would liked to request a total refund of $*** resort fee bcoz of ur negligence or false advertisement of not telling us about it. I would really appreciate so much if my request be granted to put back our trust and confidence with Allegiant. I know this is nothing with you but we wanted to use ur airlines again bcoz of the airfare price and good service. **Attached is a copy of the resort fee receipt.
