I booked a flight in April, and bought the insurance. Right after booking, I received a call that my mother took a turn for the worst, and I needed to get there sooner. I cancelled the flight online, and the message said that I would have the amount as a credit for another flight (apparently, the fine print said to get a full refund instead of a credit, you have to contact them by phone). They never sent me an email, so I don't have any information for the credit. I thought it would pull up on the my Allegiant app, but there was nothing there. I don't want to lose the $***. Who can I talk to that can make things right?
