The issue in GetHuman-maygodbl's own words
After boarding flight *** on ******* from Memphis to Las Vegas, that was supposed to arrive in Vegas at **:** pm. It was determined that we were on a damaged plane and we had to land In Amarillo and was not going to leave until * a.m. so there was a layover till * a.m. which caused me to not to be able to take my medication according to plan. I had made arrangements when I reserved my flight to have a wheelchair available due to my disability and vision issues. Upon finally arriving at the airport in Las Vegas, I had to wait ** mins on the plane for the wheelchair and an additional ** mins in the waiting area before receiving unacceptable handicap assistance. I fly Allegiant all the time and this is by far the most awful service and flight that I have ever received. I feel that I should be accommodated for the poor service that I received.
GetHuman-maygodbl did not yet indicate what Allegiant should do to make this right.
