I paid for my bags online for $** before going on my trip and when I got to the counter it didn’t show in the computer so I had to pay $***. It then showed on the way back that I had * bags. I tried to get it fixed at the counter but couldn’t. I need at least $*** reimbursed. I just got your credit card too thinking this would be great and this has been a very difficult situation to remedy. My name is Shannon Brady and my daughter Makinzie Ford was also traveling with me. Thank you.
