The issue in GetHuman-caseyero's own words
We had a flight on July ** departing from Albuquerque, New Mexico arriving in Austin tx at *:**pm. The flight was delayed until leaving at *:** am. Then when we finally arrived, all of the passengers bags were sent to Las Vegas. The bags were supppsed to return to Austin tx airport by * pm today. I had paid a carrier $*** to pick up our bags at the airport but the office is locked. They said we can’t get our bags until Sunday at *pm in Austin tx airport. Unbelievable!!! I have been traveling with my husband and * year old. I have a chronic medical condition and my child has one as well. Because of all of this my childs balance is completely off and hardly walk now. I have to get our bags for my child and myself!!! This has absolutely ruined our vacation and now having to seek medical help because of this. There has to be someone in the Austin airport that can unlock the door at your airlines to get our bags!!! I have already contacted a friend who is a news reporter at Austin’s news station news station KXAN. This horrible story will be aired tomorrow unless someone can help.
