On ******, I booked flight *JRHFY from TRI to PIE on *******. The person taking me to the airport had a conflict so I had to change my flight to leave from Knoxville on *******. *K*Z*C*I am new to flying Allegiant so thought I could just change my existing flight to the new flight by changing the data on line. The problem is that Bank America is billing me $**.** for the first flight that I did not take. I contacted BA and they keep sending me letters asking for additional information that I do not have. Is there anyway Allegiant can help me?*Linda Griffith Sanchez* **** **** **** **********@***.com*I have only until ******* to resolve the problem or I will have to pay the $**.**.**Thank your for your help.
