Airline should realize customers will be concerned and make it transparent about how to reach a company representative

How GetHuman-mrstarp fixed the problem
Selected * as suggested from the message menu. After selecting * there were no obvious options to get a human so I chose the baggage claim option. Waited on hold * hour and * minutes. Was then transferred after finally reaching a human. After speaking with a member of the customer ‘management team’ I finally received a full refund after she tried for several minutes to talk me out of requesting a refund.
