Reservation Number ******* (LJL*RQ) Airline confirmation Codes SCMVCS (AZ) *Name: Peggie Richardi*From Logan Airport to Leonardo da Vinci Rome. *Aircraft Airbus A****Departing at *:** PM Terminal E**Ticket Receipts *** ***********This flight was canceled and my Travel Insurance wants a letter stating why the flight was canceled so I can get reimbursed. Can you email the information please, so I can take care of this. We were told the issue was mechanical. *Please respond so I can get this resolved. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Please let me know if you need additional information.
