code: PSAZZ*******Today, July **th, is the *th day since you lost my luggage in Fiumicino airport when I transferred from flight *** from Chicago to Rome onto flight **** from Rome to Pisa. I went to the lost and found office in Pisa where they took all the information. The agent said they saw the bag in Rome but didn’t put it on my plane to Pisa. She said they would sent it on another plane to Pisa later that day and deliver it to Casa Berti in Gugliano (near Lucca) within ** hours but apparently the bag still hasn’t been found.**In the meantime, I was obligated to buy everything necessary for my **-day stay in Italy. I called every day without any success. I’m very disappointed and inconvenienced by your lack of professionalism. I know there is more you can do for me. If you don’t deliver bag as promised, I will expect significant compensation. Below are the details of my bag and its contents.**Name: Eleanor L Koster*case number: *******Bag number: ************Flight number (ORD to FCO): ****Flight Number (FCO to PSA): ******Bag description: Large rolling black suit case, brand “Eddie Bauer” written in grey on the zipper pouch in the front.*There is a luggage tag on the bag with the name “Nicholas (or Nic) Koster” (my father)*Colour*type code: BK**HWX**There are many clothes and shoes in the suitcase.
