I ordered an item March *th. Seller gives me a bogus tracking number on March **th (which I've all but confirmed is bogus). I've been checking for updates on the whereabouts of my package since then. All I have to show for it is "Packed for picking up." It's been like that since March **th. No further update.**I can't reach anybody from EMS*China Post regarding the issue, and when I contact USPS about it, it just says that a "Label was created, but not yet in the system". I reached out to a "China Post Forum" and was told that I have likely been scammed, which is fairly obvious at this point, because the package is simply nowhere to be found.**I opened a dispute with AliExpress, as well as attached as many pictures as they would allow me to with evidence that this is a scam, and I am clearly not receiving my item. All I get in return is "be patient", "your money is safe", "we will punish seller". None of which actually helps me. They will not issue me a refund despite waiting almost the whole month for a package that hasn't updated. Now they're telling me to "kindly wait another month." Is this a ******* joke?**To make things worse, the credit card I used to pay for the item is no longer valid, as I needed a new one. When I brought this up to their "customer service" they told me basically to **** myself, there was "nothing they could do" on their end and I'd have to talk to my card issuer (assuming I even get a refund), which makes no ******* sense. How the **** would the card issuer know where the **** they're getting my refund from?**Long story short, I ordered an item that was never coming, promised that I would be protected, lied to about literally everything the entire time, and now I'm getting one last "**** you" by not even being able to get a refund, even if they actually finally give me one. I'm now out $**.**So, I'm making this post. And I'll keep bumping it if nobody else does. And when it gets taken down I'll post the same thing again. Over and over. Until someone from AliExpress notices it and actually handles my situation. I'll be doing this on several forums, and other websites. I'll be making sure people don't use this garbage site. I'll be on everyone's *** about it until my issue is resolved.
