I have an open dispute for my order ***************. Dispute was opened for a Partial refund because seller is not responding to my messages for support. The seller did not provide a user manual or operating instructions for the radio. They only provided installation instructions. I have the radio installed but I can't figure out how to use numerous features on the radio. I'm concerned that I'm not going to get any help. The dispute reply from AliExpress was "No Return*No Refund". AliExpress judgement notes state my reason for dispute is "invalid". Judgement notes also say "We have found that the seller sent you installation instructions". This judgement isn't accurate, I've never asked the seller for "installation" instructions. I've always needed a user or operation manual. I don't need to return anything, but if I can't get support on using the radio and the features I bought it for then I think a partial refund is acceptable. I have updated my dispute by taking multiple pictures of screens from the radio that I need further instruction on how to use. Right now I don't know if things on the radio just don't work as advertised or if I just need instruction on how to use them. I tried to reach the seller again but now all I get is an automated response saying they are away on holiday for ** days. My dispute will expire in that time period. Please help. Thank you.
