Hello I spent *hrs compiling my cart for cyber Monday. Your system had several items from a beauty seller that wouldn't allow you to remove the item before check out. This made it hard to have all items in one order I was not able to order over *** items. I could not remove the items from cart and add desired items from wish cart. Than I added all my personal information into Ali Pay and when i tried to add my phone number it wouldn't allow me to add it. I could see my card was there in your system. I had * min left to make the cyber deals and I was told by an Ali Representative that they were going to add my items from the cart for me. That I had to wait for an email from Ali. I random selected an item to see if it went through. I assumed that Ali Pay was getting my bank verification and would send me an email once verified. I received an email **:**Am. I was on customer support for over * hrs with someone from a Spanish country that was not understanding the problem. It was complete ****. I assumed I was dealing with China customer service. I expressed that this was causing me to lose out on limited items and my cyber deals. I need to order my cart to make the items arrive n time for Christmas. I'd like my cyber deal back I could have had it if it weren't for all the time being lost with your customer service issue. Really upset! It's now over $*** more than what it was yesterday before *PM USA time. I have been a loyal customer. I have spent thousands with your company. I want to know why at **:** last night I was sent an email from Ali with a link to remove my card. I was under that impression that your customer service agent lace all my *** items except the few that I could not remove for me. I'm concerned now that mu personal ID and bank info has been compromised. I'd like to discuss this in a conversation with a human not a robot Eva. I hope I can you can make good and give me the order I tried to do before *PM.
