I ordered [redacted] red bow ties on October 3rd with an anticipated delivery date of November 12th, in time for this weekend. However, the delivery did not arrive as expected. I checked on the package and found out it's in the country awaiting courier delivery. The seller advised me to check with the local post office, but they didn't have it. I have asked for a refund, but the seller is unresponsive. The dispute was declined, and they want me to wait for the parcel. Unfortunately, I had to buy them elsewhere for this Saturday and now need a refund as I no longer require the bow ties. It is frustrating and distressing dealing with the unhelpful customer service chat and the unresponsive seller. I paid for items that have not been delivered, and I am eager to resolve this situation promptly.

I created my account with the incorrect email address [redacted] Despite repeatedly reaching out to customer service to rectify this, I have been unsuccessful in updating my email. I have already made several purchases, including a ring, smartwatch, custom bubble chain, earrings, insect watch, wallet, and previously cancelled drone helicopter. I created an account with the email [redacted] unintentionally due to my phone's auto-type feature. I attempted to chat with Eva to change my email to [redacted], but it was unsuccessful. I've placed around five paid orders and need to check their status. Unfortunately, I can't log in because the email doesn't belong to me. The items I ordered include a ring, two watches, a drone (which I just canceled), a custom bubble chain, a wallet, and more. I am having trouble getting in touch with my seller. The package I ordered was returned to the seller, but she claims to have sent a new one with tracking number RF[redacted]79SG. Despite my efforts to reach out after a dispute was opened and then closed, I have not received any response from her.

I encountered the following issue: I attempted to sign in to my account using my email "[redacted]," but I received an error message stating, "Your account name or password is incorrect." Following this, I tried to reset my password by selecting the "forgot password" option and entering my email, only to be told, "The account does not exist. Please enter a valid Email address." This is odd since I consistently receive order notifications at this email address. In a final attempt, I used order number [redacted][redacted] to retrieve my account and was provided with a login ID of "ee[redacted]jjpp" along with an email address "dimas******@mail.ru," which does not belong to me. It appears someone named Dima from Russia has accessed my account and altered my email. I am seeking assistance in regaining control of my account. If a recovery email could be sent to my original email address, [redacted], I would be able to reset my password and secure my account once again. Your help is greatly appreciated!

I am having issues with my recent order and the seller. After making the payment, the seller's communication has been lacking. Initially, the shipping was denied for no apparent reason. Following my contact with the chat support, the shipment was finally initiated after a 48-hour delay. Although the delivery was expected by December 1st, after 3 days, the seller informed me that they are unable to ship the order due to unknown limitations. This has left me frustrated and confused. If they are unable to fulfill the shipment, why would AliExpress assign them to advertise products on their platform? I am now being pressured to cancel my order and receive a refund, despite my preference to receive the product as originally intended. I remain uncertain about when my order will be successfully delivered, and I hope for a resolution soon.

I placed an order today and I am awaiting confirmation of the correct shipping address from the seller. While navigating the website, I encountered an error message stating I had not specified what actions I expected from AliExpress regarding this issue. I am surprised by the lack of clarity. I plan to inform them that the seller needs to provide confirmation promptly. It's disappointing to have to guide AliExpress through such a simple matter. Order number: [redacted][redacted]. I was informed by the seller that the item was out of stock and suggested that I request a refund. When I submitted the refund request citing "out of stock" as the reason, it was unexpectedly denied via email. The seller instructed me to select "other" as the reason in order to process the refund. Initially, I was hesitant, but encountered difficulties opening a dispute. Instead, the seller responded with emojis and urged me to choose "other." Our interactions lack professionalism, and the situation has been ongoing. The current status indicates that the item has been shipped, despite the seller previously admitting to the product's poor quality and unavailability. This whole process has been extremely disappointing.

I am frustrated with the dispute process on AliExpress due to the sudden inclusion of sales tax since October 1, [redacted]. The vendor confirms they did not receive the tax funds, and AliExpress claims it's a customs tax, blaming me. Despite chatting with an agent who advised opening a claim, the issue isn't addressed, and responses seem automated. AliExpress is misleading by charging 9% sales tax on every purchase, a practice starting in October. It is unlawful to levy sales tax from a foreign country to my state, especially given my low-value purchases. AliExpress inaccurately insists customs taxes are solely my responsibility, ignoring the details shared. This new development feels like deception and unfair treatment to me.

I encountered an issue when placing an order last Saturday morning. After entering my payment details, the page unexpectedly refreshed, resulting in a deduction from my account. Upon contacting the seller, they mentioned not receiving any order from me. I decided to wait for the $99.25 payment to clear, which recently reflected in my account. I am struggling to open a dispute for my order from AliExpress supplier, WI RC Toy STORE. The item I purchased is the Mobula7 Mobula 7 75mm Crazybee F3 Pro OSD 2S Whoop FPV Racing Drone Compatible Frsky Flysky with BOSCAM BOS200RC FPV Watch. Due to the postal strike in Canada, China is not shipping to Canada, and I need to get a refund. I have been in contact with WI RC TOY STORE, who advised me to open a dispute for a refund. However, when I try to initiate the dispute, I am notified that I have to wait 10 days after the seller ships the order. Despite my attempts, I have not been successful in opening the dispute. Furthermore, I received an email from AliExpress stating that my order has been canceled, but there is no mention of a refund. I have evidence of my conversations with the supplier and my failed attempts to open a dispute. I hope to receive a refund promptly as shipping to Canada is currently restricted. Thank you.

Order ID [redacted][redacted] I am dissatisfied with AliExpress's dispute settlement process. The seller agreed to replace faulty parts, but AliExpress only offered a 30% value refund, which I find unacceptable given the faulty unit cannot be used. Despite agreeing to return all three units for a full refund, AliExpress rejected the appeal without considering the messages exchanged with the seller. I am unsure if the seller will refund upon return now. This experience, along with multiple non-delivery incidents, has caused disappointment and financial loss. I may pause future purchases until these issues are addressed.

Dear AliExpress Customer Service, On 24/11, I placed an order with order number [redacted][redacted] from the shop named JM Junemaist. Three days later, the seller informed me that the product was no longer available and suggested choosing a different one. I declined and requested to cancel the order. A dispute was opened stating the reason as "out of order." Surprisingly, the next day, I received a notification that the item was shipped, even though the seller claimed they didn't have the product. I was told I could open a dispute after 10 days but only if I don't want the item. It seems dishonest. Could you please investigate and refund my money? Thank you, Aharona P.S. I need to report a seller named NYUWA. I placed an order on November 11, [redacted], and the funds were debited from my account. Despite the payment, I received an email stating there would be a 60-day wait for my order. When I expressed my inability to wait that long, the seller threatened that if I didn't cancel, I wouldn't receive a refund. Eventually, on November 20, [redacted], I received an email claiming the product was dispatched, but the tracking number provided was fake, and the item was sent to the wrong address in Wembley, United Kingdom, not my address in Leicester. This seller seems fraudulent as they haven't sent the product and are creating obstacles to issuing a refund. It is distressing that AliExpress permits such sellers to operate, causing financial loss and disappointment to unsuspecting customers. I seek a resolution to this matter promptly before more individuals fall victim to this fraudulent seller's practices. I am willing to provide evidence of the communication with the seller as needed.
