basically with reference to order ID **************, i had requested cancelation before shipping, yet the seller shipped the order. i don't need it anymore. so i contacted their customer care the same day, and she(Roxy) asked me to open dispute stating reason "I no longer need the product" ten days later.*so today i opened dispute. but that option is available under return items. so then aliexpress asked me to return items within ** days which is impossible since i haven't received it. *so what do I do now? should I open dispute under refund items?
