I spent $*** dollars on a battery for my scooter from Ali Express. I got home from work the day it was delivered and the package was gone, stolen off of my porch. I live in a secured building, therefore, a key is needed to enter the building so Fed Ex had no choice but to leave it outside my address. Ali Express's seller, Alice Lin, refuses to send me a new battery because she feels it was Fedex's fault. I think if Alice Lin and Ali Express had required a signature for such an expensive item, we wouldnt be in this situation because with me not there to provide the signature Fedex couldve taken it to their facility where i wouldve been able to pick it up. I just want the item that i spent a lot of money on and think Ali Express is responsible for that.
