Please Help me! I am teenager from the United Kingdom. I saw an advert for wigs by MsLynn on Aliexpress website. The wig is described as MsLynn *** lace frontal water wave Peruvian wig. I paid £***.** *£ *.** delivery making a total of £***.**. The wig arrived at my home on ** October ****. The appearance looked okay though not as glossy as what was described on your website. I started wearing the wig on Monday ** October **** but after two days of wearing it, I discovered that the wig was tangling heavily and going into a bunch. I started running my fingers through the wig to prevent the continuous tangling. In doing this, the wig was pulling out heavily in volume each time. I was so distraught and i started crying because the wig sent to me is nothing like the description and reviews about the wig. I feel as if I have been defrauded out of my hard earned £***. I was so excited about buying the wig through Aliexpress but that excitement has turned to tears. I contacted Starry who sold the wig to me and I sent her a complaint via whats app on Saturday ** October ****, this was after * days of using the wig. I sent starry pictures of what the wig look like now, how thin it has become and without curls. Starry replied apologising for my experience and accepted that the wig was not good compared to what was advertised on your website. Starry at first offered to pay me $** in compensation but I rejected it because this works out at about £** out of £*** That I paid. I told her the wig is very bad and I cannot continue to wear it in the state that it is in. I asked Starry if she would accept such an offer if she was in my shoes. How can I pay so much for a wig and only enjoy it for * days. It is unfair and unrealistic. Today, starry has come back with another offer of $** compensation which is about £**. I told her that I want a refund, the hair is so bad and I can provide you with pictures taken just after * days of wearing it. I feel defrauded out of my money base on false description of the wig on your website. Starry is not willing to take the wig back because I have worn it. I told her that I wore it because I did not think there would be a problem with the wig. If I didn't use it, how will I know it is tangling heavily and falling out. There are bald patches on the wig from wear it has fallen out on contact. My mum has tried to appeal to Starry telling her that I saved up the £*** for almost a year so that I can buy the wig. My mum is so angry that I have been deceived through your website into purchasing this wig. My mum said I should complain to Aliexpress first so that you can intervene. My mum said I should not write a bad review yet or go on social media to expose this fraud committed through Aliexpress by MsLynn by false description of a wig. My mum said I should give Aliexpress the opportunity to put things right first before taking any action on social media. I don't want to give your business a bad image for something that one of your sellers did. Please help me!
