I placed an order with Order ID: [redacted][redacted]. The seller was initially communicative and helpful until I made the payment. They assured me that the order would arrive within 10 days after being sent. The order was placed on 18/09/[redacted] and dispatched on 26/09. However, the tracking number provided is not functional, and despite promising to send a new one, the seller has not done so yet. Each time I ask for an update, they mention sending it another day but fail to do so. I'm concerned about the whereabouts of my package and whether it has been shipped at all. I have paid nearly [redacted]€ for this purchase and urgently need assistance tracking my order. The seller is currently unresponsive to my queries. I recently contacted AliExpress about multiple issues I've encountered with their customer service. Despite reaching out several times, I have yet to receive a response regarding any of the issues I've raised. Out of the 13+ items I ordered, each package was missing parts of the correct address, even though I provided my address during sign-up and payment. If I hadn't been receiving orders regularly, many would have likely been lost due to this error. This experience has left me with numerous reasons why I can't shop on their site again. The unresolved issues from my previous order, which was placed around 9/11/18, have solidified my decision. My order number is [redacted][redacted].

I need assistance! I'm a teenager from the UK. I came across an ad for wigs by MsLynn on Aliexpress. I purchased the MsLynn [redacted] lace frontal water wave Peruvian wig for £[redacted].92, but it did not match the glossy description online. When I wore the wig, it tangled heavily and shed a lot. I contacted Starry, the seller, who admitted the wig was not as advertised. Starry first offered $40 compensation, then raised it to $65, but I want a refund due to the poor quality of the wig. I've sent pictures to show its condition after 5 days of wear. My mum is upset as I saved for almost a year to buy the wig and feels we were deceived. I'm reaching out to Aliexpress before posting negative reviews or taking social media action. I hope for a resolution.

I am having issues with my order number [redacted][redacted] placed on 09/26/[redacted] and received on 10/11/[redacted], but it is incorrect in size. I have been trying to resolve the problem with the seller, Shop [redacted] Store, but after numerous messages, we cannot reach an agreement as they are not fulfilling the agreements reached. Their latest proposed solution is to request a refund. I have tried to open a dispute, but I am unable to submit it because the camera function is not working, and without the document, the program will not let me proceed. You can clearly see the full description of the entire process by reading the countless messages I have exchanged with the seller regarding the mentioned order.

I made some purchases on AliExpress, but due to being away, my brother collected the shipment from the local office while I opened a dispute. However, the package arrived later, and it was just a misunderstanding with our local post office. I have since closed the dispute. I now want to make another purchase on AliExpress, but my account has been disabled. This seems unfair, considering the situation was a misunderstanding. You can verify my account activity to see how many orders I have placed. Please re-enable my account so I can continue shopping on your site. Hello, I purchased an Apple iPad Pro 12.9 complete screen from AliExpress on October 10, [redacted]. Upon receiving the item on October 16, [redacted], I took it to the Fiji Vodafone company for installation. The technician informed me after an hour that the LCD works, but the touch screen does not seem to be functioning correctly, suggesting it might be a faulty part. I have contacted the seller, but unfortunately, they are not agreeing to provide me a refund, which is concerning as I have never encountered this issue when shopping on eBay. I have provided picture and video evidence to support my claim. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter as I am worried about losing my money on a defective product. I am concerned about my recent experience on AliExpress. I placed an order and never received it. Despite receiving an email confirming the completion of the order, I have been unable to resolve the issue with the seller or the dispute management team successfully. Now, I have been informed that the payment was released to the seller without my confirmation or satisfaction. I was even sent a picture of a different address as proof of delivery, but it clearly does not match my door. I request a refund or a replacement order to be sent to me promptly. I purchased a battery for my scooter for $[redacted] from Ali Express. On the day of its delivery, the package was stolen from my secured building. Despite the building requiring a key for entry, FedEx left it outside my door. The seller, Alice Lin, from Ali Express is unwilling to send a replacement battery, blaming FedEx for the issue. Had they required a signature for delivery, this situation could have been avoided. I believe Ali Express should take responsibility for ensuring the secure delivery of such an expensive item, and I just want the product I paid for.

Hello AliExpress, I am having trouble creating an account on your site due to the captcha repeatedly not accepting my input. I have attempted multiple times, but the system claims I am entering it incorrectly. I have also tried reaching out for support, but logging in or interacting with the chat bot has not been helpful in resolving my account creation issue. Order Number: [redacted][redacted] The seller did not include an invoice in the parcel, leading to customs issues. The invoice provided later was an Excel sheet with incorrect product description and contact information. It was not properly signed, and there was no company stamp or seal. Attempts to contact the seller through the phone number on the invoice were unsuccessful. The person who answered stated there was no Ms. WEI NiNG or any associated company. After contacting AliExpress customer care multiple times without resolution, they suggested opening a dispute. I urge AliExpress to verify the seller's company registration and ensure accurate contact details on the invoice. The Skype ID provided by the seller was also incorrect. I purchased 4 items recently. Firstly, the New Happy Birthday Metal Cutting Dies from PERNEAKY Handcraft Store under Order ID [redacted][redacted]. Secondly, the Estel 26 Alphabet Letters Metal Steel Cutting and the Estel Lace Edge Circle Frame 4pcs Metal Cutting with Order ID [redacted][redacted]. Lastly, the DIY tag Frame Metal 3D Cutting Dies under Order ID [redacted][redacted]. I am pleased with the products received. However, my Mastercard account was compromised, resulting in unauthorized transactions. My bank closed the card, refunded the money, including the Aliexpress orders. Despite not requesting the chargeback, Aliexpress has frozen my account. How can I settle the refunded orders and resume making new purchases? I enjoy shopping on Aliexpress and would like to continue buying their products.

I recently ordered over 40 products on AliExpress and now I am regretting it. It seems like many sellers are fraudulent. One of my orders from Baby IQ Store arrived in Nairobi but got delivered to someone else. The Nairobi GPO mentioned that they often receive parcels with tracking numbers provided to two customers, leading to customer dissatisfaction. Some AliExpress sellers are using one tracking number for two customers and keeping the money without sending the parcel. I have a dispute open for one such case but still have not received a refund. Looking at the status of my other orders, there also seems to be discrepancies. Contacting AliExpress customer service is impossible as their option never works. I want AliExpress to investigate my account, ensure no seller deceives me, and guarantee that all 40-50 products I ordered get delivered to me. It's been a very stressful experience.

In my opinion, the team's conflicting decisions have compromised the fairness of the process. I have attached both verdicts issued by the team, along with two videos as evidence of my dispute regarding the charger I purchased. The seller failed to provide any supporting videos to confirm the charger's specifications, and the cost of returning the charger to China exceeds its value. I believe the team made an error in changing their initial verdict, as they previously stated that if an agreement couldn't be reached within the specified timeframe, option 1 would be accepted. Hello, I have been ordering products from TK Speed since late August, and received feedback from the store on 22/08/[redacted]. Despite the seller notifying me about the delivery on 25/08/[redacted] and providing a tracking number (LZ[redacted]06CN), I have been unable to track my shipment using it. When I contacted the merchant, they mentioned a different tracking number (LZ73...) that is not valid. I have concerns regarding TK Speed's intentions and their lack of proof of delivery and communication. I am unsure if this is an attempt to deceive customers and sell products without fulfilling orders. I am also curious about how AliExpress handles such situations and protects buyers like me from sellers who do not take responsibility.

I have not been able to locate a specific email address for sending suggestions and general inquiries, which is why I am reaching out through this platform. Residing in Iceland, I am an active shopper on AliExpress, a habit shared by many fellow Icelanders. I am facing an issue with the Icelandic postal service that I believe is adversely affecting your business. The Icelandic postal service imposes a $5 handling fee on packages with customs duties, a cost attached to any AliExpress purchase. This surcharge limits my ability to purchase small items, as even with free delivery, I am still subject to the extra $5 charge. I came across information online indicating that UPS is AliExpress's preferred worldwide carrier. Therefore, I recommend exploring the option of including UPS as a delivery choice for Iceland, or alternatively, researching other delivery solutions.
