The issue in GetHuman-thelmago's own words
On the **th of july I ordered for * dresses online, * were sent(*st was $**.** the other $**.**)and they were of low quality compared to the picture I saw before I ordered them when it was delivered,the *rd one ($**.**) I did not get and the seller told me that it got lost in transit when I sent them a mail after I did not get it on the supposed delivery day. I put in a dispute and the sellers of the * dresses that was sent agreed to pay me back $** each and I could keep the dresses, while the seller that lost my order agreed without contest to fully refund my money($**.**). I was told that it will take between *-** business days before I can get my money back, but it's over a month now and i still have not gotten my refunds. I have made several attempts to contact the sellers but non of them has responded to my mails. I need my refund back, dont want to have to take legal actions.
