Help with my Aliexpress Service issue

Trying to make a purchase. Paid Immediately. Two days later receive email that order not fulfilled* closed* refund to follow. NO REFUND and last night my card was charged in full* * days after AliExpress did not fulfill my order. Contacted PayPal. Reporting this. Was finally told after speaking with * reps at AE that the $* off of a $** purchase coupon ( it was automatically added when i checked out ) was the reason they would not fulfill my order - that I should have "UNSELECTED it and not used it, since I did my order was denied." Positively Absurd! Canceled my order, has not refunded-and - NOW MY CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED for the order they refused to process over a $* coupon - IDIOTIC. ... Horrible experience. Placed order, paid with my PayPal account * card. Have done so in the past, no issues. Order did not process. Closed. Contacted CS repeatedly, NO HELP and rude! Still NO refund. WASTING MY TIME...all I wanted to do was give you my business and money. Rampant on your forums, sitting on peoples money for days*weeks, dirty-dirty. This needs reported and audited. NOT A GOOD LOOK for you..or any business. Contacting PAYPAL today, they have excellent customer service. They will resolve stat, like always. Tried to resolve all this repeatedly with you.......Will not recommend shopping here.
What they do not realize? Oh they are very aware of what they are doing, by sitting for days*weeks on peoples money, I am not alone here by far, they are making FREE money doing this, gaining interest and capital. This is happening to thousands of customers across the globe weekly. I wonder how many people are finding their cards charged AFTER ALIEXPRESS DENIES THEIR ORDERS!?
I want my order placed through*completed AND a partial refund for the hassle and headache and time wasted dealing with this ridiculous matter.
Because I am loyal. Do not fuss with returns. Pay immediately and order often. Leave feedback. I am a seller too ( online, not here on AliExpress) - I know what it takes to be a pleasure on both sides.
Sure have, some of the merchandise I needed I have ordered it from Oriental Trading, Ebay and Wish...your loss AliExpress. Spending the time now to make this issue public so more people are aware and speak up. Contacted PayPal resolution center, they are looking into expediting a refund on my-behalf.
