Help with my Aliexpress Service issue

I ordered * e-stem machines from China. Only one arrived, just this week. The address label print was so faint (the ink cartridge needed to be changed in the printer, obviously) that the address was almost IMPOSSIBLE to decipher it was so light...someone had written in ink the actual address: **** SW *** PL, and that is how ONE of the machines made it to me. The other is lost. GetHuman-aculore did not yet indicate what Aliexpress Service should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-aculore fixed the problem
Someone came this AM with the *nd package (I ordered *, and only received one ). I don't know how it happened that they packed the * devices separately, and they came a week apart, even though they were shipped out the same day. I don't have any idea what happened, but am glad I got it!
