I was trying to get help with getting the right item for one, but also just expressing my frustration because trying to get help when an order has disappeared and you can’t follow some link through it to get help is a mind-f***. ... I placed an order for five different rolls of white lace washi (washee) tape, but the ones I received were not the ones described on the original listing, and there were duplicates. I had a heck of a time dealing with the company, because they kept insisting there was no record of any order. That was true, any record of that particular order disappeared, but I had clearly received that washi from them. The only way I finally convinced them was that I went to the original listing, took a picture of that, took a picture of what I had received, and pointed out that if I had not placed an order with them, **how did I receive those items?** Upon reading the original listing further, I discovered that somebody else had posted a complaint *that was exactly the same as mine*, so what I experienced is a clearly not an isolated problem when dealing with this company. They are supposedly sending me the correct items, but who knows, and my point in contacting you this way is that I’m hoping to be able to get a real person who can actually help me with this if they sent me the wrong thing again, plus I would just like to put a complaint out there about how frustrating it is to try to get customer service when the only way you can contact anybody is by starting with a complaint through an order. If the order isn’t there, how are we supposed to contact anybody??! We need another way to be able to contact customer service other than strictly through an order if I’m on a site where orders disappear and *that’s the one I’m having a problem with.*
Improve their customer service access, give us another route other than having to go through a visible order and an automated “live chat” that can only keep pulling up a list of my orders to choose from.
I haven’t been a customer for very long, but I have bought a lot of product through the site already.
