Help with my Aliexpress Service issue

I have contacted the seller, which is not helpful. ... Order ID: ***************I bought a Mi * cell phone on Aliexpress. When I bought the cell phone, the seller did not mention any issues or potential issues of this phone on the website. When I got the cell phone, I found the fingerprint unlock can not work after * hours using and there is no face id. And Apps' logo are missing for * seconds after returning home. The seller unboxed the cell phone and checked the hardware and software and refresh a ROM to the customers. Therefore, they should take responsibilities to what they sell. As soon I found my cell phone problems, I contacted him and made a video. What they suggest is to refund me $** USD to solve this problem. But It is impossible for me to find anyone in my country to repair or fix the cell phone for $**. I mentioned to them, It is too less. I need $** or I may return the item. They do not agree. So they open the return item option without my agreement. Now I need to pay $** NZD shipping to return this item. It is absolutely not fair. It does not make any sense that I pay their mistakes. And now they are still selling the item without mentioning any problems to this cell phone. It is not a trustworthy seller. I would like them pay the return shipping and acknowledge these problems on the website to solve this problem. I am not the only one who got these problems. The seller said that other customers have the same problems.
