I ordered a * unit item and received only *. I am trying to get a PARTIAL refund for the goods not sent. All Aliexpress need do is LOOK at the web site and see the pricing structure for the UNIT of three that I purchased and the single unit which is all I received. ... I cannot seem to get you to understand that I PAID for one pack of three units $US*** as per the web site. I was set a single unit $US*** . All I want is a partial refund of the difference. I paid for * units and received only *. LOOK at the web site. The seller has finally admitted that they made an error. I no longer want the other * units as size is too small. Therefore a PARTIAL refund is appropriate.
All I am asking for is a PARTIAL refund for the goods not received.. I do NOT want the other * units sent as they are too small and do not work for me.
Dealing for several years now with Aliexpress
Tried to communicate with seller to get a PARTIAL refund.

Try to get the issue understood. I found the chat line was the best way to do this
