Help with my Aliexpress Service issue

I ordered a costume online and on tracking the order it says that it departed a month ago but it still hasn't come in yet. On tracking it says that its still on the way to Canada. I'm not sure how you guys do your things over there but it was just odd seeing the shoes for my costume came in first because i ordered those a week or two later than the costume. I am not in a rush for i technically don't need it till august but i would like to know the situation with my package so any help would be nice. Thank you for reading.
