I recently purchased a pre-owned laptop from eBay, and it came with a universal charger. Despite this, I am experiencing an issue where the laptop shows "Plugged in, not charging." I am unsure if the problem lies with the battery or the charger itself. After researching online, I found that laptops require specific Volts and Amps, and I am unsure if the universal charger meets these requirements. Additionally, I learned that it is recommended to use the manufacturer's battery charger, but I have been unable to find one on the website. The low battery is significantly impacting my laptop's performance, particularly for the games I play. My laptop is an older generation Alienware model, and I believe a new laptop is unnecessary for the games I run. The performance decline is likely due to the nearly depleted battery. I would appreciate any suggestions to address this issue. Thank you.

I purchased the m17 r3 with Windows 10 Home, and within a month, I encountered issues with unknown drivers. Tech support advised me to restore the system, resulting in the deletion of drivers, Windows, and programs. Despite trying multiple factory resets and Windows installations in the past three days, the problems persist. My warranty expired just after I last used the computer, adding to my frustration. Is there a way to restore the original OS with pre-installed programs and drivers? Perhaps a repair disk or a method to revert to the initial system before the problematic update and restoration process occurred.

I purchased the Alienware x17 r2 three months ago, and it's already overheating. I'm disappointed because it was supposed to come with a core i9, 1 terabyte storage, and an Nvidia [redacted] graphics card, but it actually has an i7, 1 terabyte storage, 64 GB DDR5 [redacted] MHz RAM, and a [redacted]. If I perform a factory reset, do you think I can exchange it for the correct specifications?
