Hello, I recently purchased a red sweatpant on AliExpress on January 5, [redacted], and made the payment the same day using my debit card. However, when I tried to log into my account using my phone number, I received an error message. I have followed all the instructions provided for help, including sending screenshots, but have not been able to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I do not have the order number or the vendor's name, making it impossible for me to file a complaint. I wish to cancel the order as I have not been contacted by the seller, and I am unable to view my order when logged in with my email address. Please arrange for a refund. For reference, the first six numbers of my payment card are [redacted], and the last four numbers are [redacted]. Thank you.

This provider has forged IDs and certificates, as well as false logistics company information on your website. I purchased a Polaris 4 [redacted] EPS UTV from Northwoods Maple Farm LLC and owed them $[redacted]. I sent a money order and then lost contact with them. When I called, I was informed there is no Alibaba store at that location in Wisconsin. The person I spoke to mentioned returning my money order. I am hoping for a resolution to ship the UTV once the money order is returned. The whole process of purchasing this UTV has been challenging and time-consuming. I attempted to purchase a Polaris 4 [redacted] UTV for $[redacted] USD from Northwoods Maple Farm LLC, a Gold supplier in Merill, Wisconsin, USA, with the Alibaba ID: us[redacted]27sbsa.trustpass. I made a partial payment to Ms. Elisa Warner using Venmo. I sent a money order to the Wisconsin address of Northwoods Maple Farm LLC to complete the transaction. I tried to send the remaining $[redacted] via Western Union or Moneygram, but both were shut down. Ultimately, I sent the last $[redacted] via Money Order, after which the supplier disappeared. Unfortunately, I am now at a loss for all my funds and have been unable to get assistance from Alibaba. Filing a complaint on their platform has proven difficult, and contacting Alibaba UDA Customer Service only leads to voicemail with no follow-up.

This regulation requires consumers to pay taxes at the time of purchase from online stores like aliexpress, due to agreements with major global internet retailers. The purpose is to ensure that taxes are settled during the online transaction to avoid additional invoicing from carriers like DHL or FedEx upon delivery. The standard tax rate in Norway is 25%, which was applied to my purchases on aliexpress. However, the tax payment documentation was not transmitted to the carrier as mandated by the VOEC-register agreement between the government and internet stores. I am facing issues with Assured Sales LLC. Initially, they provided a proforma invoice of [redacted]€ via WhatsApp for the shipping of my car. After making the payment, they sent another proforma requesting an additional [redacted]€ to complete the shipment. Subsequently, they are now asking for [redacted]€ more to finalize the shipping. I have already transferred the funds, but I have demanded a refund of the entire amount as the additional charges were not mentioned in the initial proforma. They are reluctant to refund the money I have already sent.

I am having issues with a scooter order from Alibaba. My order number is [redacted][redacted], and my name is David Mack. I paid for two [redacted] watt units, 72-volt 30Ah scooters. However, the supplier tried to send a knockoff 36-volt [redacted]-watt unit instead. Despite refusing delivery, the seller claimed a [redacted]% money-back policy with the return of goods. Hello, I'm Aya Steiner from Israel. I understand that Alibaba owns Aliexpress, right? Although I have placed an order on Aliexpress, I am having trouble reaching them directly. Order: [redacted][redacted] Delivery no: LX[redacted]24TW I did not pick up the order in Israel in mid-December [redacted], informed the seller, and the package was returned to China. The seller informed me on February 25th that Aliexpress requires a bank judgment due to a chargeback I initiated on my credit card. Once the bank judgment is finalized, Aliexpress will issue a refund. I have been unable to contact Aliexpress directly via email, so I provided the seller with the letter from the credit card company confirming that the funds were transferred to Aliexpress. Could you assist me? The seller mentioned they are unable to take further action.
