LTD. I have been asked to make payments for customs in Ukraine and now for a radioactivity permit in Poland, causing a delay with the goods. SUA LLC stated, "So what you need is to pay for this radioactive clearance that has been done for all your goods before you are allowed full customs clearance to your address." I did not authorize this transaction and would like it to be canceled, and my money refunded promptly. The only party who had access to my card details was my car insurance agent in Miami on the same day the purchase was made, as the card was recently issued. I made a purchase on Alibaba, but currently don't have any orders. Recently, I noticed two unauthorized charges from Alibaba.com. One charge was stopped, and the other is now being disputed. These charges occurred just before I received a new card. I now have concerns about the security of my information on Alibaba.com, especially since the charges were linked to my past orders using the same bank information. I'm puzzled as to how my card details were compromised if Alibaba was not involved. It's alarming to see Alibaba.com listed as the payee for these charges. I would appreciate an explanation of this situation. If these security issues persist, I may need to explore manufacturers in different countries. Just to clarify, I have not placed any recent orders on Alibaba, nor have I done so in the past few months.

I am experiencing an issue with an order I placed for a tablet. After negotiating, I made my payment on October 21st with the understanding that the price would be valid for 6 days. Additionally, I was informed that I could include a logo for orders of 20 pieces or more, which I inquired about during negotiations. The tablet I expected to receive was a 10.1-inch device running Android version 7.0. Today, I was informed by a representative that I must accept a 5.1-inch tablet or receive a refund. This situation is concerning as the terms of our agreement, including the price and specifications, were clearly outlined in the contract, and my payment was made based on those terms within the 6-day validity period. I am struggling to comprehend why the agreed-upon contract is being altered without adherence to the original terms that both parties consented to. I purchased an AYISA COLLECTION with the ID: [redacted]43 from Global Trade & Services Limited through their sales manager, Taylor Johnny. The delivery was promised within 3 days. On the scheduled delivery day, Taylor informed me that the goods were held in Tanzania due to VAT and Tax charges, requiring an additional $[redacted] payment. This unexpected charge has left me unable to proceed with the order as I was not initially informed of these fees. Despite questioning Taylor about this, he claimed to be unaware of the charges as well, which seems illogical. I am still awaiting the delivery but am being asked to pay the extra $[redacted] before receiving my order, which I am unable to afford. Hello, I am reaching out regarding my order number [redacted]. On November 25, [redacted], I placed an order through Lyu Stella. However, I am facing a significant issue with Alibaba. I have completed the full payment for my products and I am currently awaiting the supplier to ship them to my store. Unfortunately, the supplier has contacted me shortly after placing the order, requesting an additional $96 USD for a freight fee. This request has come despite me already paying for the entire shipment in Canadian dollars. The supplier refuses to ship my products until the extra $96 USD is paid. I feel this situation is misleading and unfair as I have already made the full payment and possess a confirmation number. I cannot comprehend why I am being asked to make an additional payment, especially in American dollars. I find this situation to be unacceptable.

I ordered an item from Spain on AliExpress, but the package never arrived, and the seller claims it reached the post office. However, the post office has no record of it. They mentioned the seller should fill out a form. I've tried to reach out to the seller, but they are unresponsive. I contacted AliExpress customer support three times, and they assured me they would contact the seller, but I have yet to receive any updates.

I ordered [redacted] Lysol cans from KSA Sports for $[redacted]. The payment was made to Aminat GBadamosi on November 23, [redacted]. After receiving a tracking number from Xpress Logistics, I was informed by phone and email that there was an issue with customs and I needed to pay an extra $[redacted]. I suspect this is a scam as I did not proceed with the additional payment. I am requesting a refund of the $[redacted].

I purchased scooters from a company, but they haven't provided me with a working tracking number. I extended the shipping time, but still didn't receive my package. Upon applying for a refund after the extended period, I escalated the dispute. Alibaba informed me via email that they can't issue a refund if the goods are in transit. I wonder if they obtained proof of shipping that I haven't seen, as I've yet to receive a valid tracking number from them. I appreciate any assistance with this matter.
