For Complaint Case ID: *******, the dispute center representative requested more correspondence evidence and email records. I communicated with the seller using Message Center. I submitted a copy of the Message Center correspondence. I don't know what facts are still in question in this case. What additional evidence should I submit? Please clarify what is needed. **The dispute representative told me that the seller is working to get a reimbursement from the shipping company. Based on the UPS investigation, the seller may have under-represented the package contents to the shipping company. I never received the products I purchased, since the package was never delivered to me. The seller has been slow to follow up on the undelivered products or to issue a full refund. **By using Trade Assurance, I was originally promised a prompt and full refund if I did not receive the products I purchased. This matter has been dragged out for a very long time. Why would my reimbursement depend in any way on the shipper's reimbursement to the seller? Shouldn't the seller issue me a full refund now?
