Dear Sirs, I have contacted the supplier about covering the return fee for the unsafe product, but they have not confirmed they will take responsibility for it. I need guidance on how to proceed with this matter. Regarding the dispute enclosed, I plan to return the product via UPS. However, UPS has informed me that it will cost 56.21 Euros to send it back to Deng Jia Hao in China. I am concerned about the cost and the likelihood of getting a refund. I would appreciate it if the seller could arrange for a delivery company and provide a tracking number so I can return the item securely. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Franz Riepl

Hello, I can only write in German, unfortunately. I purchased a small fan with a spray mist function, but upon arrival, I noticed that the mist and LED light were not working. I informed the seller through messages, as I was unfamiliar with the dispute process. The seller promised me a replacement, but nothing happened, so I opened a dispute. The seller repeatedly asked me to close the dispute, pledging a replacement, but nothing has arrived to this day! Aliexpress got involved and instructed me to return the faulty item from Germany to China at my expense, which I refused as the item only cost €6.90. The dispute was then closed abruptly. I informed the seller again that I still haven't received a replacement. He claimed to have refunded me, saying it should arrive within 7 days, on 4.1.23. However, no money or product has arrived yet! Now he says the dispute is closed. What else can I do? I find this unfair!!! Thank you. Regards, Petra

I am extremely frustrated. You suggested having my orders delivered to a relay point. I tried it 😑😑😑 Today, I received a message from La Poste stating that I had refused the package 😳😳 when it was actually the relay point that declined it! La Poste informed me that since the package was refused, it is being returned to the sender πŸ‘ΏπŸ‘ΏπŸ‘Ώ I had to go to the post office to file a complaint to retrieve my package. Order IDs [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] were placed on 29/11/[redacted]. Unfortunately, the seller is fraudulent. Despite opening a dispute on AliExpress, adding more information later is not an option. The seller has not fulfilled the order, evident in the inability to track it through any legitimate site. Screenshots provided appear fake, as confirmed by 17TRACK's official site stating no shipment information has been electronically transmitted to DHL. Even after checking with DHL, the information remains consistent. The seller now falsely claims the order was delivered and signed for. Be cautious of the seller's provided internet addresses, as they are deceptive. Instead, use official sites and verify independently. Recently, a suspicious message from an Irish number regarding a package's address issue led to a fake "an post" page requesting payment details for redelivery, a clear scam tactic. Exercise caution, as this may be linked to the same fraudulent seller on AliExpress. Despite promises to refund via PayPal upon dispute closure, reliance on the seller's screenshots is ill-advised; verify all information independently to avoid falling victim to scams.

I have opened a dispute with AliExpress regarding the Nerazzurri Winter Warm Thick Striped Fluffy Leopard Faux Fur Jacket I purchased. The size I received does not match the description, as the bust and shoulder measurements are incorrect. I have already informed the seller with a detailed report and included photos. Hello, greetings. I am facing some serious issues here with Ali Express. I only understand German and not English, please help! I ordered a sweater in size M, but the seller sent me XL, which is unacceptable. I have complained, sent photos, and requested a refund of €21.69. The seller wanted me to return the item to China at my expense, so out of anger, I disposed of it. Moreover, the delivery took 6 weeks instead of the promised 15 days. This experience has been a disaster, and I am extremely disappointed. I demand a refund of €21.69 and expect to receive what I originally ordered - size M, not XL. I want my money back, a refund! Hello, I ordered two lamps from AliExpress and later downloaded the app on my iPhone. However, I can't see the purchase on the app. The order number is [redacted][redacted]. One of the lamps arrived broken, and I contacted the seller through the app to report the issue. The seller offered a solution but required me to use the app to proceed. Unfortunately, I can't find the purchase on the app, making it difficult to follow up. The seller did not take any action without the app confirmation. I provided photos of the broken lamp, but no resolution was reached. The lamp was costly, and the packaging was inadequate, leading to the glass being damaged. The app indicates it was delivered under the tracking number RY[redacted]75CN to a post office in Galanta, but I am located in Kosice, Slovakia, not Galanta. The app also states I haven't paid for the order, although I have proof of payment. I am concerned that the item may have been delivered to the wrong address. I made a purchase on AliExpress last week. The payment went through, and I was instructed to log in to print a receipt once the payment had been verified. I took screenshots of the payment transaction page for my records. However, when I tried to log in yesterday using the order ID from the screenshots, I received an error message stating it was not found. I verified with my bank that the payment was deducted from my account. I have searched extensively on the website's help center to trace the order, but the chatbot keeps redirecting me in circles. I have only one account that I have used to place orders previously. I am uncertain how to determine the status of my order, whether it will be fulfilled, or if I need a refund, especially since the order ID is not being recognized.

I purchased a sewing machine from FelixFelixStore on AliExpress in November [redacted] (order nΒ° [redacted]). The machine I received in January does not have the zigzag stitching capability I need for sewing boat sails, unlike what was advertised. The store Shop[redacted] ceased operations prior to the scheduled delivery of the batteries ordered under order number [redacted][redacted]. All attempts at communication have proven unsuccessful as messages remain unanswered. Upon opening a dispute after the delivery date, the seller claimed the order was in transit, prompting me to reluctantly agree to no refund and allow for a few more days for delivery. Unfortunately, the batteries still have not arrived at the destination, now 20 days past the designated delivery date. Efforts to reopen the dispute have been futile. I suspect misconduct on the part of the store. Regrettably, the AliExpress EVA Chat system did not provide any assistance in this matter.

After numerous successful purchases, I faced a new challenge when my delivery was marked as failed for the first time. Despite following up with my local post office and waiting an additional two weeks, the package remained undelivered. The tracking status indicated a return while the post office claimed it was lost. Despite my efforts, the seller recommended filing a dispute. However, AliExpress sided against me, citing the tracking information pointing to my local post office. Despite clarifying my communications with the post office, the dispute was rejected. Even the seller, who initially advised the dispute, now supports AliExpress. Claiming an incorrect address, AliExpress denies my appeal, though my address has been consistent for all prior orders. I have elevated my appeal without success. The tracking number UT[redacted]36NL should verify my situation, and I can provide additional evidence if necessary.

I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience with AliExpress. I have tried multiple times to report scammers through their platform, but unfortunately, I have had no success. The stores I reported no longer exist, products are gone, and I am unable to take any further action. It is incredibly disappointing to encounter such issues without any resolution in sight. I hope to find a more effective way to address these concerns in the future without facing these obstacles.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding a dispute ([redacted][redacted]) I have with Store No. [redacted] on AliExpress. I purchased two "Knitted Christmas Hats" but received cheap, non-elastic plush caps that were too small and of poor quality. One cap arrived damaged. Despite returning both items, the seller only issued a refund for one cap, claiming they never received the return package, which is not true. The seller refused to provide proper assistance and even mocked my attempts to contact AliExpress customer service. After extensive frustrating communication, the seller is now unresponsive. I have tried contacting AliExpress through their provided email address but have not received any acknowledgment. The seller's dishonesty and lack of customer care are disappointing and reflect poorly on AliExpress.
