Unfortunately, the seller sent me a fake gift code that cannot be used on the site. I have tried reaching out to the seller for clarification, but they have not responded. I also attempted to request a refund through online assistance but have had no success. I purchased the Hauwei P50 Pro from Tablet PC store. Upon reading customer reviews, I noticed that the item did not match the specifications provided by the seller. I promptly requested for the order to be closed and for a refund through AliExpress. Despite receiving an email confirming the closure of the order, my account still showed the order as open. When I contacted the seller to address this issue, they refused to close the order and proceeded to ship the item, knowing it was of poor quality. I reached out to AliExpress via email to report the situation, but unfortunately, my email was disregarded without a response. It's important to note that I requested the order closure within 24 hours of placing it, in accordance with the platform's terms and conditions, which should entitle me to a refund.

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers from Datong shoe store on Aliexpress for $45.53. The seller sent me the wrong shoe models. I have opened a dispute with Aliexpress and submitted 3 pictures as evidence. The first 2 pictures are the original ones from the seller's listing, and the 3rd picture shows the shoes I received. Despite Aliexpress acknowledging the mistake, they are only offering a partial refund of $9.11 because they claim the shoe color is correct. I find it unfair to receive such a small refund for receiving the wrong items. Aliexpress is now insisting on returning the shoes to China for a full refund. I am disappointed with Aliexpress buyer protection and plan to escalate this issue by posting reviews on various platforms to raise awareness about their practices.

Hello, I purchased a 128G Tesla Carplay Radio Receiver for my Honda Accord [redacted] through the Aotsr store on the app. However, upon receiving the system, I noticed that the box and packaging did not match the advertised product. I purchased a smartphone display from "OneAngel Store". Unfortunately, it does not fit properly into the frame due to the glass not being accurately glued to the touchscreen. The gap of 0.4 mm at the upper side prevents it from fitting in. After reaching out to the seller and not receiving a response, I opened a dispute providing photos comparing the old and new displays along with a caliper to highlight the issue. However, the seller used my photos without including the caliper, resulting in the judge ruling in their favor and closing the case. I believe the judge made an incorrect decision based on incomplete information. I am now left with a display that is of no use to me. I urge a reevaluation of my photos to reach a fair resolution. I would like to file a complaint against Viset store. I placed an order 4 months ago and have not received anything yet. The order ID is [redacted][redacted], placed on 07/16/[redacted] at 15:05. Despite trying to communicate with the seller about the shipment to Bulgaria, I have not received a response. When I opened a dispute for a refund, it was canceled because I couldn't provide proof of non-delivery. The tracking number provided, EQTWL[redacted]YQ, is not recognized by the post office. After seeing similar complaints from other customers worldwide, I believe Viset store may be fraudulent. I have been a loyal customer for years and have never encountered shipping issues except with this seller. I hope for a resolution to this matter and to avoid similar problems in the future. Hello, I purchased a "Solar Inverter 3200W" in April [redacted] from the seller, Powgrow Inverter & Controller Store, on Aliexpress for EUR €[redacted].92. I did not receive the item and initiated a dispute on Jul. 08, [redacted]. Despite the dispute, Aliexpress refunded me €0. After investigating with the Spanish carrier (Correo), I discovered that the customs department in Spain returned the item to the sender. Unfortunately, I am unsure whether Aliexpress or the seller received the package. I am now facing the issue of not knowing who has the returned item in their possession. On September 21st, I purchased an Apexel product with Order ID [redacted][redacted], costing USD [redacted].26. After encountering address problems causing the package to return from Hangzhou airport, I provided a new address and new ID (LP[redacted][redacted]) when contacting the seller on October 19th. Despite another address issue causing the package to return from the airport, my address information was validated by the state post office in Serbia when I sought their assistance on October 26. The seller acknowledged that the airport is reviewing my address info on October 29, but since then, I have not received any further updates despite inquiring on November 5. I am reaching out for help in resolving this situation and getting the product I purchased as it has been a significant amount of time. Good morning, I initiated a dispute and provided photographs demonstrating that the seller received the item due to an incomplete address. I ordered four matching family swimwear items from the same seller through AliExpress. However, AliExpress only approved a refund for two of the items, denying the other two. I am puzzled as to why I haven't received a full refund of $39.01 for all four items since they were part of the same order with identical details. I placed an order for a Bluetooth earphone from Shop[redacted]68 Store with order number [redacted][redacted]. However, I have not received the item yet despite reaching out to the seller multiple times. I informed them that I did not receive the item and did not confirm the order, but I have not received a satisfactory response. I expected to receive it within a few days, but it has not arrived. I have checked with our city post office, and they confirmed that they have not received it. Interestingly, I also ordered a power bank case from KS Store, which I received a few days ago. When inquiring about the earphone with the postman, they confirmed only the power bank case's delivery. Given the delays and the non-functioning tracking number provided by the seller, I am requesting a refund for the Bluetooth earphone.

Hello, A few months ago, I ordered a product, and it only arrived to me two weeks ago. Unfortunately, the puppet head of the product was delivered to me smashed. Despite following the seller's advice to try and fix it, the head did not recover. When I informed the seller that I would have to seek an external fix and asked for a refund, they stopped responding to my messages on Aliexpress. I am unable to open a dispute as that option is not available to me. I have sent several pictures of the damaged puppet head to the seller and can provide them to you upon your response to my message. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I returned an item for which I was not issued a refund under the free returns policy as the wrong item was delivered. Apparently, Aliexpress intervened in the dispute and changed the proposed refund to $0 without my knowledge. When I realized this and tried to appeal, I was informed that the parcel hadn't reached their warehouse, even though the tracking shows it has. Their customer service, led by the unhelpful EVA bot, only allows one appeal. I feel cheated out of $[redacted] by Aliexpress.

The vendor provided me with a tracking number for my order, but it appears to have been delivered to someone else in my country. I have yet to receive anything. Obtaining proof of this from the French post office was challenging, but I managed to do so. I need to contact AliExpress customer service to provide this evidence. The vendor has not been responsive regarding this issue with the inaccurate tracking number. I am unsure if the vendor actually sent the item to me, as I am still waiting for my order, although according to AliExpress, it has been delivered. I am unable to confirm delivery, so I cannot open a dispute at this time.
