The issue in GetHuman-roterdra's own words
My name is Michael Dech and I *ve ordered (Order ID: ****************) the Acer MCEIR-*** LC.MCE **,*** Media Center receiver and I have no item*parcel or a money refund received. I made a dispute at Aliexpress, they haven*t understood me right and closed it?! The seller "XiongTao dian zi Store" said that the postman will contact me about my parcel - nothing happened yet. The order was **.March-now it*s * months later. I can*t contact the "XiongTao dian zi Store", they are unavaiable for chat in Aliexpress because they have blocked my- they say the problem was successfully solved which isn*t. I can*t contact Aliexpress, there is always a hotline service robot called "EVA" that resolves nothing. I want my money back - I don*t want to pay money for nothing. Also I haven*t signed anything about an already received package. I don*t want to call oversea service hotline because of the costs - I live here in Germany. I made a dispute after a few days and AliExpress didn*t realized that I have not received my order, neiter I have signed for a received package. The helpline directed me to the post office which is chinese written . I only speak German*English.
GetHuman-roterdra did not yet indicate what AliExpress should do to make this right.
I expect a good for my money and not nothing at all.
