I reached out to Baisi International Co., Ltd. for human hair bundles and wigs. After a two-month wait, I received my package only to discover I had been scammed. Despite my attempts to contact the supplier with evidence, they have refused to refund my £1,[redacted]. I reported the incident to the police. I urge you to take action against this supplier to prevent further scams and help me recover my money. I have video evidence, chat logs, and even had other Chinese suppliers attempt to reach out on my behalf, only to be blocked by Baisi International Co., Ltd.

Dear AliExpress, I am a loyal customer who admires your products and often receives compliments on my clothing from your site. However, I am facing an issue that I hope you can assist me with. I used to have an account under the email address [redacted] (Sarah Harrison), but that email address is no longer active. There are still 4 items pending delivery to that account, and I am unable to reach out to the sellers since I can no longer access that email. I have made numerous purchases and accumulated discounts on that account, so starting anew with my current email, [redacted], is inconvenient. Hello, I recently placed an order for 14 items and discovered that despite buying them on the same page and paying together, they are not being shipped in the same package. This is unacceptable! I'm located in Sweden and expected to only pay the fees once, but now I'm being asked to pay 80kr for each package separately. Your website did not mention this additional cost. I'm extremely frustrated as I don't have the extra money and will now have to borrow from friends to cover these unexpected fees for items that were originally inexpensive. I am very upset and have no intention of making any future purchases from your company. The items have already arrived in Sweden, but I refuse to pay these extra charges. I feel like I am being deceived.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulties obtaining a refund for the "Embroidery Harajuku Patch Plus Size Coat [redacted] Winter Warm Women's Jackets Hip Hop Autumn Long Sleeve Female Jacket Outwear" item I purchased. The delivery status showed "delivery failed" due to an "insufficient address," which I confirmed to be accurate. Although I initiated a dispute, it closed with a £0.00 refund. I have since appealed this decision and am awaiting a resolution, which has taken over 2 days. I want to emphasize that I have not received the item, contrary to the dispute details claiming so. I possess screenshots from RoyalMail showing the item is on its way back to the seller, and I have not signed for anything. I seek assistance in this matter. Thank you.

I purchased waterproof speakers about 4 to 5 months ago, and unfortunately, they have stopped working. The speakers are not charging, and the seller, Elenxs-Official, is not cooperating with providing a replacement or refund. I have not received my order even though it's been 17 weeks since I made the payment. I raised a dispute, but the seller claims it was delivered without providing a delivery signature. The dispute was closed in favor of the seller, and my appeal was unsuccessful. On the AliExpress page, it still shows the item in China. I contacted Australia Post, but they have no record of the tracking number QFLCN[redacted]YQ in their system. I've been trying to get more information from the seller about the carrier in Australia, but only receive automated responses with order details. It has been a one-way conversation. When the earphones arrived, I noticed the absence of the anti-band that should have been included. I reached out for a refund due to the lengthy wait time to receive the missing item, especially living in a different country. However, the seller claimed that the product was included and asked for proof of its absence. It feels unreasonable to have to prove something I don't possess. How can I demonstrate the absence of an item that was never received? It's perplexing to think that someone who spent $[redacted] on earphones would lie just to acquire an anti-band that costs less than a dollar.

I recently received a laptop 40 days ago, but unfortunately, it just broke. I have been attempting to contact someone on AliExpress for assistance without success. The buyer protection mentions that the seller should comply with the relevant legal requirements, such as warranty and return policies based on the buyer's location. For instance, in most EU countries, there is typically a 2-year legal conformity warranty and a 14-day right to return. I would like to know how I can proceed to apply for the warranty in this situation.

Hello! A few years ago, when I created my AliExpress account, I used an old email address that is no longer active and couldn't verify it. I recently realized the issue when I couldn't access my account and placed an order using Facebook login. Since I can't recall the old password, I depend on logging in via Facebook. However, I would like to update both my email address and password for security reasons while my order is processing. It's important for me to ensure I can receive order-related communications to a valid email.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to report a fraudulent incident involving store FLJ. I placed an order with the expectation that the product was in stock in Spain and would be delivered to Hungary within 4-5 business days. However, 4 days later, the store informed me that the product was not in stock and would take an additional 1-2 weeks to arrive in Spain. Following this, the store falsely claimed that the package was in transit, providing me with a fake tracking number that was untraceable. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, they suggested offering a more expensive product instead of providing a refund. This deception has resulted in a significant financial loss for me. The store's actions not only violate AliExpress policies but also demonstrate a deliberate attempt to deceive customers. Hello! I recently received an order from AliExpress that did not match the description provided. I initiated a Dispute requesting a refund but lacked photo evidence at the time of submission. The Dispute was closed, denying my refund request. I tried to Appeal the decision by following the provided link, but I have not received any response after waiting for 2-5 business days. I have since obtained photo proof but am unsure how to resubmit it since there is no option to do so. The information states I can "Edit" the Dispute, but I cannot locate this feature. Although the seller promised a full refund, I have not received it yet. I have asked the seller to address this matter, but there has been no resolution.
