Hello, I made a purchase on Aliexpress from the seller CHUAMG MEI STORE for a phone totaling [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have not received the item as the package was not shipped. Despite contacting the seller and being assured of delivery, the package has not arrived. The seller is now unresponsive over the phone at +[redacted]1. The tracking number provided by Aliexpress is LP[redacted]44FR. I am in France and can be reached at +33 7 [redacted] [redacted] 61. Thank you.

I purchased 2 laptops from Aliexpress in November, and they arrived three months later. Unfortunately, one of them is not functioning correctly, so I initiated a dispute. All I want is a replacement laptop that works. However, Aliexpress advised me to return the item for a refund. I am hesitant to do so as I have already paid $80 in customs fees in my country. Why should I have to cover the shipping costs back to the seller for their mistake? I am also frustrated that there is no live chat option to reach Aliexpress. As a loyal customer, I am very disappointed with the service and support provided by Aliexpress.

Despite selecting PayPal as the payment method, the seller is now requesting a cancellation as they do not use PayPal. This has resulted in the payment going through my bank instead. It's frustrating as the option to pay with PayPal was available, and now I am facing a lengthy process to get my money back. I am unable to cover the cost of repurchasing the items immediately. Dear Aliexpress Team, I purchased six GEMFAN AC-2M FPV race cube gates ([redacted]*[redacted]*[redacted]) from your platform. I patiently waited for 11 days for the shipment to be processed. However, after this period, I was only refunded the money for my order. My preference is to receive the actual product instead of a refund. Waiting 11 days for a package to be prepared seems lengthy, especially when compared to other suppliers who can deliver within the same timeframe. Could you please clarify the reason for this delay? I am a loyal customer on AliExpress and recently had an issue with a tablet I purchased from the Teclast official store. Upon receiving the product, I noticed it had battery issues and wouldn't charge. Despite contacting the seller multiple times and providing evidence, I was informed by AliExpress that I needed to send the damaged product back to China at my own expense. As a European consumer, I believe that I should not be responsible for shipping costs when a product is defective. I have tried reaching out to AliExpress and Alibaba for assistance, but have had no success. I feel frustrated with the lack of customer support and the fact that I am being asked to adhere to Chinese laws rather than European consumer rights laws. I am considering taking this matter further and filing a complaint with the European consumer rights court.

I recently purchased 2 screen head visors, but unfortunately, one was missing parts and the other had a broken screen upon arrival. I contacted the seller, who claimed the case was closed, which didn’t make sense as the items were defective. After disputing the purchase, I was instructed to return the items, which I did the same week on a Saturday or Sunday, as those are my only days off. The seller is now telling me to speak to customer service, but I believe I have followed the return policies within the required timeline, which is a minimum of 14 days. Hello, I am seeking assistance with an issue I've been facing regarding a gel polish purchase I made approximately 2 months ago. I've been in communication with the seller about not receiving the package, and after waiting as advised, I decided to open a dispute. The seller then requested to close the dispute in order to issue a refund, which I accepted. However, it has been over a week and I have not received the refund. Hello, in November, I purchased a multimedia car radio for a Hyundai i10 [redacted] from Prelingcar store for $[redacted].42 ($[redacted] for goods and $88.42 for delivery). The order number is [redacted][redacted], and it was delivered via FedEx. On arrival at customs, FedEx requested permits despite my prior authorization. I relayed all permit requests to the seller, then to FedEx upon receipt. Sadly, this caused delays leading to the goods being stuck at customs and eventually returned to the seller. I've spent time, money, and endured a lot of stress over this ordeal. Regrettably, the seller has not refunded me yet, despite my numerous proposed solutions. Due to the current circumstances with the pandemic, I was understanding of potential delays in shipping. However, to my disappointment, I have yet to receive the batteries. The tracking information suggests that the batteries should have arrived by now. Upon further investigation, I have realized that shipping [redacted] batteries in one package is not typically allowed, and there should have been multiple tracking numbers provided. Additionally, lithium-ion batteries are not usually shipped by air, as indicated in the tracking details. I am concerned that the sender may have provided incorrect information to avoid the delivery. I suspect that the shipment might not have been legitimate. Any assistance in clarifying this situation would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered an item in December, with an expected delivery time of 20-40 days, but it hasn't arrived yet. Despite starting a dispute within the buyer protection period, I was then instructed to wait an additional 15 days before escalating the dispute. The automated response I received deemed the dispute as invalid and requested a further 8-day wait. The tracking information suggests the package is still within the purchase protection time frame, but it has been stuck at customs for three months. I believe a refund and some form of compensation is warranted given the prolonged delay.

I had a terrible experience recently due to a missing phone order worth $[redacted] on AliExpress. Despite winning the dispute in my favor for a refund following AliExpress judgment, I have not received either the phone or the refund in over 4 months. The refund has not been processed, as there is no ARN available. This prolonged delay is unusual as refunds are typically processed within a week after AliExpress judgment. Attempts to inquire with the Nigerian postal service (NIPOST) yielded no helpful information, as they could not locate the tracking number RB[redacted]39SG. I am requesting AliExpress to reopen the case and expedite the refund process. Unfortunately, I am unable to upload a screenshot of the judgment here. The order was placed in early August last year, and your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I purchased a CPU from a store on AliExpress named Shop[redacted]79 Store for [redacted].97 GBP, expecting it to arrive within 2 to 10 days. Unfortunately, it's been 22 days now, and I've discovered that this store has scammed several customers, myself included. None of us have received our items or refunds. This has not only cost me [redacted] GBP, but also damaged my reputation as I couldn't fulfill my customer's order. I am frustrated by the lack of action from AliExpress compared to a company like Amazon. The store should face legal consequences for their fraudulent activities and compensate all affected customers for the time and money lost in pursuing refunds.
