I have orders to receive and confirm, including designer boots, hats, and a purse, totaling about $[redacted]. I also have pending orders worth around $[redacted], and I have been an active Diamond Shopper spending approximately $[redacted] to $[redacted] in the past two months. It has been four years since I last logged in, as AliExpress allowed me to access my account without logging in due to difficulty remembering passwords. This sudden change has left me unable to track, confirm, or view my orders. I kindly request assistance in restoring my account to its previous state to manage my pending transactions. Hello, I hope you are doing well. I purchased 2 phone chargers from your AliExpress store with order number [redacted][redacted] on 21/10/[redacted]. Unfortunately, I have not received the items yet. The seller shipped the package to the wrong address, and it is now on its way back to the seller. They assured me they would send new chargers, but I have not received anything. They also mentioned a refund if I closed the dispute, but nothing has happened. The dispute period has ended, and I'm still waiting. Each time I reach out, the seller tries to prolong the process, and the same goes for the refund. They requested my PayPal information, but nothing has been resolved. It has been over [redacted] days since I placed the order, and I am disappointed with the customer service. What should I do next?

I have numerous orders pending, including a drone for my grandson, and facing difficulty tracking them due to my account being deleted for the fourth time. I rely on these orders and communication with sellers but have not been able to due to this issue. Dear sirs, I purchased 4 solar wifi cameras from the supplier ZILNK on AliExpress. Despite following the provided instructions, the cameras are not working. I have opened a dispute and attempted to contact the supplier for assistance, but I have not received any feedback after multiple attempts over the past few days. Il semblerait que le vendeur (dropshipper) ait mis en place une arnaque en demandant à son fournisseur de livrer le produit à une autre adresse que la mienne en France, bien que j'aie payé pour l'objet. J'ai soigneusement examiné le suivi de livraison et j'ai obtenu la confirmation de la poste indiquant que le colis a été livré dans un département différent. J'ai fourni toutes les preuves nécessaires au service des litiges, mais malheureusement, ils n'ont pas compris la situation.

Hello. I am experiencing issues with my AliExpress orders with the codes GVALEBCN[redacted]23 and GVALEBCN[redacted]14. The products have not been delivered to my address. The AliExpress tracking information indicates that delivery failed, and I have opened a dispute. AliExpress is requesting proof of postage since the items were not delivered. Unfortunately, I am unable to obtain this proof from the post office as the delivery was made via Glovo. Despite my attempts to contact Glovo for information on the warehouse, I have not received any response. As a result, I have lost the disputes, and AliExpress has refunded the merchants. Today, I received an email from Glovo stating that the products were returned to China. I have the proof of delivery now, but I am unable to reach AliExpress. I purchased plastic snaps from an AliExpress seller and specifically asked if they were original KAM snaps, which the seller confirmed. However, upon receiving the items for my shop, valued at USD [redacted], they turned out not to be original KAM snaps and are incompatible with our special pliers. I initiated disputes for each of the 34 different-colored snaps labeled as "product not as described" on AliExpress. Unfortunately, only a portion of the disputes were accepted, and the seller suggested closing and reopening them with a different reason, but the declined disputes cannot be reopened. Despite multiple messages exchanged with the seller over a month, no resolution has been reached. I've also tried reaching out to AliExpress for support without success. I'm seeking guidance on how to proceed and achieve a full refund for the items.

My name is AS and I purchased fabric from Hejiemei store last year. The delivery was delayed, and I informed the seller about it when I was traveling. Unfortunately, I got stuck in Africa for five months. The seller claimed they had delivered the parcel while I was away, but when I returned, there was no fabric. After multiple conversations, they now insist the fabric was returned to them and won't offer a refund without an additional $10 payment. I've been in contact with the store for a year, but they are still refusing to refund or resend the fabric without the extra fee.

I am disappointed that my order is being delayed by 20 days due to the Chinese New Year celebration. I expect my items to be delivered as promised. I am American and do not want to wait extra days for a festival that does not concern me. I will follow up on my orders and expect them to be delivered on time. It is frustrating to hear about this unexpected delay after making all these orders. I am considering cancelling everything because of this situation.

I purchased two items detailed below. Part Order ID: [redacted][redacted], dated June 24, [redacted] 16 Inch Android 9.0 Tesla Style Car GPS Navigation for TOYOTA LAND CRUISER LC[redacted]-[redacted] Auto Head Unit Multimedia Player PX6. The unit was incompatible with my car, so I bought the correct model at the advice of "Professional Car Audio Store." I was asked to hold onto the incompatible unit until a European order came in for me to courier. However, no order arrived, causing a delay in raising this dispute. Amount paid: €[redacted].58. Order ID number: [redacted][redacted], dated July 4, [redacted] Car bird view system [redacted]-degree reversing camera side front camera and 3D reversing camera [redacted]-degree cameras. These could not be fitted or checked without the correct head unit. After fitting, they were found not to work correctly, and I was asked to return them with the incompatible head unit. Amount paid: €[redacted].12. Courier cost: €51.20. Total due for refund: €1,[redacted].90. I returned the items as requested by "Professional Car Audio Store" and they confirmed receipt. Good afternoon, on February 29th, I opened a dispute regarding order [redacted][redacted] purchased on November 27th from Shop[redacted] Store. I have contacted the seller multiple times, but they keep referring me to the transportation company or the postal service, both of which have no information on the order. Aliexpress asked me to wait 10 days in the dispute process, which I have done, but I have been unsuccessful in reaching out to the seller during this time. Today, I was surprised to see on the Aliexpress page that the item is marked as delivered in the tracking, which is not true. That's why I am reaching out to you again, seeking a prompt resolution to this unfortunate situation that has been ongoing for two and a half months.

I purchased a doll from Aliexpress from the seller klghjo sex store with order numbers [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted]. I expected delivery from Belgium within 1-10 days, but the seller asked to accept a 35-day delivery. The package I received was poorly packaged and the item was dirty and of lower quality than advertised. Additionally, it was smaller than specified at 144cm instead of 150cm. Despite opening a dispute, Aliexpress did not fully accept my claims, and the seller misrepresented information. I returned the item with DHL tracking number CY[redacted]77DE, but the seller has not responded, and Aliexpress support is inaccessible after closing the dispute. The second order was not sent by the seller, and although I canceled it, he falsely claimed to have shipped it. Aliexpress denied my refund request, leaving me dissatisfied with the lack of buyer protection and the significant sum of money involved. It has been a frustrating and disappointing experience dealing with the seller's misleading practices and the platform's inadequate support.

I have two separate orders with two different sellers. One seller claims my order was delivered, but I haven't received anything. I contacted the seller, who advised me to reach out to my local post office. However, despite calling the number provided by the seller for three consecutive days, I have not been able to get through. I relayed this to the seller, but they insist that I continue to contact the postal service. I am eager to receive the product and wonder if they could resend it. The other order was due to arrive by January 31, [redacted], but as of February 11, it still has not shown up. Additionally, there have been no tracking updates since the day I placed the order. Despite reaching out to the seller multiple times over the past three days, I have not received a response. I am also looking forward to receiving this product.
